We certainly don't want a person guilty of multiple counts of statutory rape who was never even tried for those crimes released. She wouldn't even be required to register as a sex offender, so she would have full access to rape other boys to gain whatever she wants. This is the situation Canada is facing with Karla Homolka. Because she was never found guilty of rape, she is now able to be an escort when her kids' school has field trips. Would you want a child rapist to escort your kids on a field trip?

Unless you have ESP or are a specially trained psychologist you cannot determine the truthfulness of a person's statements based on impressions. Many detectives [ and juries ] have put people in jail for years because they taught that they were lying or had haunches that led to prosecution and conviction, and it was later discovered that they were innocent. There is enough case study that trained detectives don't even know when their wife is lying to them.

Apparently teens and up to the age of 23 are described by some medical professionals as mentally ill in their inability to make good decisions, poor impulse control and a lack of full understanding of consequences. Not all 21 or even 23 year olds are going to suffer that bad from this but many do, many are a lot less mature.
I was not aware of this case but I just finished watching The Pamela Smart story on prime and it was very interesting. Another case where media was allowed in the court room and the jury not sequestered. Media only showing what they wanted to show. There is enough doubt in my mind after watching this story but I'm not under pressure to reach a verdict and deliver a media witch hunt verdict of guilty. Even if she is guilty, which I have doubts, people have done way worse things and have served way less time. There is a problem there in the united states which clearly are not because the laws are drastically different state to state. Had she been living in another state and this happened she might be out by now.

Does anyone remember when a reporter from A Current Affair went to her condo in NH after the murder and she did the fake cry, yet every other time they came back to interview her , she was dressed to the nines, hair and make up perfect, faking missing her husband? For a newlywed, I always thought she was cold about her husband being killed like that. Even as a 16 year old at the time, I could see something was off about her boo hoo to the cameras. She had a good husband who made one mistake , I bet you she was no picnic to live with, either. I think she is the eternal teenager that is stunted as a 16-17 year old girl. She acted like it. Now, 6 years isn't a huge age difference but 16 to a 22 year old? it's a huge difference at that time in life. She couldn't go find a guy her own age because she wouldn't be able to manipulate him, she had to bed a kid so she could pull her strings on him. She is a nasty, evil low life. Don't plan ur husbands execution and you won't spend your life in prison. Easy.
Also, why does she act like she doesn't know what happened to her husband. The people who murdered Greg testified at her trial to what they had done to him. This shows you to this day she is still lying and not taking responsibility
