So beautifully said. Thank you, Giselle
I know that you have answered this question before but when did you start to sew your own dresses?
I truly wish I had the talent and the know how to make dresses. I love dresses so much. Love your channel and thank you for sharing your life with us 🙏❣
I appreciate that you take time from your busy week to make vlogs for people you don’t know and I wanted you to know that you bring light to the important, in my week. Watching your vlogs has been very good for me and my relationship with God, so thank you! I hope you, and those watching the vlog, have a wonderful weekend/week :)

I am enjoying your videos so so much and I love the choir at the end❤
Always a good day when Giselle has a new vlog 😃
❤️❤️
You are beautiful! You remind me of Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss. Thanks for sharing!
Can't wait to see your dresses, I love the material and I chose the same snaps, well done! Life on the colony fascinates me. What a wonderful life. My husband and I were in Rossland and Nelson BC this past week I absolutely love Canada, my Mother's Canadian so I've been able to grow up spending alot of time up there with family it's so beautiful 😍 maybe someday I can get up North to see Manitoba!
Can't wait to see the beautiful blue dress. Had to laugh at the light therapy but if it works, why not?
Everyday is a good day when l see your videos love love you so much and appreciate your videos
I'm so glad, thank you so much ❤️
Love learning about all of you. You are delightful, warm, and kind. 🩷
Thank you ❤️
Thank you Giselle for another amazing and uplifting vlog. Looks like you had a very busy week. The dress you are sewing looks beautiful, love the colours. You have great building skills, you are such a professional at building. Your vlogs are the best. This vlog was so relaxing and put a huge smile on my face. The singing at the end was so beautiful and uplifting. I could listen to it all day. See you in the next vlog.
@gilbaum .. what's been happening on your Kibbutz during this current crisis? What is your job on the defense team ?
Thank you 😊
Thank you beautiful lady for your inspiration and God bless you always
I was given the privilege of being shown around a Hutterite Colony outside Brandon, Manitoba. I find it very beautiful and love the comunaleatting and cooking areas. The home I was visiting was beautifully decorated and wonderful meals came from the kitchen bar. 🎉
oh wow that is wonderful :)
I so love the songs at the end of your videos! Thank you for sharing with us! God bless you and your family!
There is a Playlist of four videos of their hymns etc. I love them.
Home grown horseradish tastes so much better than the highly processed stuff. The dress you have for the wedding is very pretty. Kona was worn out with picking up the horseradish.🥰
she decided her work was done for today 🙂
I love watching your videos, Giselle.
Love your clogs as always Giselle! Thank you for sharing your world with us. God bless you and your colony ❤
Thx Giselle ❤️🌹👍for showing the vlog and your time 👍blessed Sunday 🙏🏻🙏🏻🎵🎵🎵

@@gisellewaldner9406 I am glad to hear this! All is well for me! Thank you for asking! ☺️
We love having you here too... I know I missed your vlogs.
thank you so much :)
I love the blue print for the dresses you’re making! You did great picking the color buttons you did for the other dress! ❤️
I was a little unsure at one point, but I am glad that I went with the one that I did. 😊
Meerrettich mahlen ,eine tränenreiche Arbeit .Der ist Bestandteil eines Hochzeitsessens meiner Heimat.
Liebe Grüsse aus Deutschland ❤
❤️❤️
My husband grows horseradish from roots belonging to my grandfather.
We have moved them 3 times.
Gives me a little bit of grandpa still around.
My husband and a friend decided to grind some horseradish.
I have never seen two grown men cry that much.
Your dress is lovely.
That is wonderful and i understand it's strong stuff. 😊
Good to know the No more Cold works! It sure must have been a lot of work getting the fields ready, the rain is always a blessing! Your two new dresses look very pretty, the brown buttons were a good choice. Thank you for sharing your week with us 🤗
the field work has actually been halted for awhile, it keeps on raining around here hopefully they will be able to get to it soon. :)
If you are ever near Mansfield, Missouri, it is where the home of Almanzo and Laura Ingalls Wilder is where she wrote the books. There is a museum with things from her family and Rose Lane's career too and nearby is a home Rose built for her parents to view also.
I have heard of it and I would love to visit it, it sounds like a wonderful experience.
We enjoy everything you do.
Love the dresses material and prints .They look lovely. 😊
I’m so happy you’re back and sharing your life with all of us. It was a wise decision to take a break leading up to your baptism.❤️
Thank you for this and for being here with us ❤️
i am new to your vlogs. i don't use caps cause i'm lazy. i lie your communal life...not for me, but the closeness, friendships, and helping together is desirable to most Christians. your honesty and explanations are so welcome. i am blessed by the singing and the Scripture verse at the end. thank you for the pleasing, fun and informative vlogs. don't stop as you are a blessing to many. yes, even God can work through UA-cam.
Have missed you. Love the singing does my heart good. Your dress material was beautiful. Have a blessed day
Giselle for many years now I have used Coryzalia for colds and Oscillococcinum for flu. They are homepathics made by Boiron and can be purchased from them online or from Amazon. I also have used Echinacea for many years.
that is good to know, thank you for that
You are so delightful!
❤️ your dress! The colors are glorious!
It started raining here this evening here. I love hearing the rain. Thank you for sharing your vlogs with us. ❤ God bless you and your family!!!!!
thank you and God bless you too ❤
Love the print of the dresses! Happy you are feeling better!❤😊
I love the Little House books!
Always look forward to your vlogs Giselle......take care....❤
I always enjoy hearing a familiar song sung in another language 🙏💜
Giselle, thank you for being open and sharing with us.
Thanks for sharing ur life with us many blessings from North Texas ❤
I so appreciate your videos.
By the way, Giselle, do you and the other ladies wear sunscreen to protect against skin cancer? I noticed you all did not wear broad brimmed hats.
I love the turquoise color! It's one of my favorite colors to wear and the oranges, orangey-reds are also in my favorite list. I truly enjoy horseradish as well. I never thought about freezing it but that's a great idea.
You know, I wonder if you have more trouble with allergies than colds? Just thinking. Blessings to you and the colony. It's so good to see your vlogs on daily life again!
Most of our friends are ex-hutterites and they feed us all the time. Sunday beef with horseradish sauce is so delicious! I’ve never enjoyed horseradish as much as when they make it for us.
Your new dress is going to be so lovely! I am a big fan of blues and greens and I think that fabric is beautiful!
Such a lovely floral pattern for the wedding dress. Vibrant and cheerful for a joyous occasion. I don't know if you specified in a prior sewing vlog, but is the white blouse under the dress waist length or only to the ribs like a dirndl blouse?
Thank you for sharing your time with us. Tell Kona she's such a good girl.
I love watching your vlogs, Giselle! They are so uplifting and encourage me to get up and do some work! 😁 also, yes yes yes to red light therapy! I haven't tried the no more colds one but I will look into it. I use a red light mask on my skin to help with acne and wrinkles and it's so good! God bless you and your family and have a great week! 💖
So happy you are back!! You brighten my day, thank you for sharing with us all. Sweet Kona must have worked too hard....she needed a nap.....🙂
Oh yes, she was busy, all important making sure everyone is safe 😊
Oh man, I’m finally getting a sewing room and you are getting me excited about it!
oh yes!! that is just wonderful, I'm so happy for you. :)
@@gisellewaldner9406 you are so sweet!
I love your videos. They are so relaxing and informative. It would be so fun to see a video in your language. I speak German fluently, but would love to se see if I can understand when you speak it! Whenever you have snippets where you speak German, I sometimes can understand but other times I can't (I am not Bavarian or speak a Swiss dialect so I am at a disadvantage). I think it would be fun for us German speakers to see if we can understand. I have also seen that your religious books in Germa are written with the old script which is awesome!!!
Great to see you and the colony again!❤❤❤
I love your new dress…really spiffy!
The color of that dress is stunning. You will look fantastic in it!
thank you ❤
@@gisellewaldner9406❤
i want a hutterite dress!! enjoy all you do. thanks to the other women who let you film them when they are busy working. 🥰🥰
I am so happy that there are some that don't mind if I film them 🙂
I cannot get a copy of the Wilder book in Australia, if you happy to find a cheap copy and could spare the time I would be happy to pay for it and postage. Sounds so interesting.
Love your videos, your editing skills are top notch!!
thank you!!! :)
As always I enjoyed your video! Thank you for sharing ❤❤
As a sewer, I think your dress fabric is beautiful.
Evening Giselle, what were the roots you were harvesting in the beginning? Ok maybe horse radish. Are they in the ground all winter? We are expecting high winds and rain/hail here in Wisconsin. Very pretty dress. Knowing you don’t get the bright colors in the camera tells me how pretty that will be. Get some Dow rods and stick them up the legs of your arch . Measure them first of course. lol keep it longer than the legs and use what’s left in the ground it will be great for anchors. If that red light therapy helps sore throats I need to find one. Thank you for sharing with us. Hi Priscilla. Bye edit to say I love the song In The Sweet By and By. Beautifully sang.
Wedding are so much fun. Thanks for taking us along on your week.
I'm so excited to show more of the wedding stuff
So pretty
Hmmm Giselle, blue lovely dress, will you be the bride? Just asking because in a earlier vlog you mentioned, that the bride is wearing blue in the Hutterite Colony. Sorry if I am being curious:) Thank you so much for your uplifting vlogs, i so love them and the way you let us in a bit into your life. Thank you Giselle and be blessed!
I love your videos!❤❤
yahh, I'm so glad ❤❤
Good choice on the snaps !!
Thank you
I love that you sew on a pharmacy
Darn spell check sew on a PFAFF
So glad you are here. I love your vlogs❤
Love, love, love your dress fabric! And, the trimmings you used on the blouse you are wearing makes those sleeves pop! Will you make a horseradish sauce? I would be interested in learning how you use all of it. Did you get a good amount of rain? Growing season will soon begin! Thanks for this vlog.
Hey Giselle, I have the same lemonade bottles and use them for olive oil, cooking oil, maple syrup etc etc ... I have a few in my fridge all the time.
I will take that info about colds and use it. Thankyou. I always enjoy you sharing your life. Thankyou for that too. Shalom Aleichem Mishpocha 😊
Love your vidoes ❤
❤❤
Love the vlog!
Stick the legs into flowerpots and then decorate around the legs of the arch with flowers/greenery
Your soil always looks really black and healthy!
Beautiful fabric for a dress
Both dress materials look lovely. Cannot wait to see the finished products. Just a question about the dresses. Are they all exactly alike, except for the blouses? Do you have different patterns to choose from? Thank you for sharing
Hi Giselle! Really love your videos and content! Very awesome.
Wanted to give you a heads up. Your dinner plates are Corellle. If those are retro from 1980 or before they could have lead in them, then the lead gets in your food. Just wanted to tell you because I watch your colony work really hard on your healthy lifestyle. But google it if you’re interested. Take good care👋😀
I bought a "Little House on the Prairie" book this year. Been meaning to read it. So many books to read. "A Wilder Rose" is in the Kindle Unlimited program. I will check it out.
Thank you, that was very interesting. I've heard of infra red being very good for health, I don't know if it's the same thing. I use elderberry syrup for colds and boosting immunity which I can make myself at next to no cost. I find it very good. Nice to see Kona looking so relaxed 😊🐕
Thank you for the video ❤
❤the dress
I love your videos! What kind of sewing machine and/or serger do you use? Do you use a pattern or do you draft your dresses? Can you make a sewing video? 😊
I would love more information on the snaps you use on your dresses, and how to install them.
🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️
Oh my I can smell the horseradish processing from here! What on earth do you make with all that horse radish?
Beautiful dress fabric. Who’s getting married? Is it you? Did I miss an announcement???
Oh no sorry if I am posting twice, but I think UA-cam ate my first comment. If this is a repeat, please ignore but if not I'll mention it again without the link b/c maybe that was the problem. I was thanking you for your videos and was glad they came up as recommended b/c I enjoy watching them while cooking or knitting. And I also was trying to let you know - in case this applies to your colony - that the vintage Corelle plates have been tested high in lead and Corelle themselves now says to use them as decorative pieces and not with food. I grew up on the yellow flowered pattern plates and was using them with my own family until a friend told me about the lead issue. :( So just passing that along with heart/intent to be caring for your safety if that applies to the plates your colony uses. They looked similar if not identical in previous videos to the ones that I had to stop using.
(The link I tried to post was to a site that did testing & Corelle's official reply regarding the lead glazed plates.)
❤ In my home STREP THROAT is going around..
I was wondering about the water kefir and if I could do the same thing with kombucha. Like put my fruit into the jar and then after 2 days bottle it without the fruit.
Grew up with the German song!
Hi, I enjoy your vlogs very much. Just wondering, why do you harvest your horseradish in the spring? We do ours in the fall. I only have a hand grinder, and it is definitely an outside job!
Hi Giselle, which kind of fabric is your wedding dress? Just thin cotton? Or a kind of viscose? Where do you buy your fabric? Online? Or in a real shop?
Songs to short... beautiful
Have you tried dandelion salve on your hand and face? So easy to make
Giselle my Love ❤❤❤
Thank you from Alberta
Is there a protocol for when your scarf is supposed to be tied, or open?
😃👌
