    One of the things that makes your videos so joyful to watch (besides your personality) is how you are so respectful of and really love your communal way of life. Great to see everyone working together.

    Wow! I am an older lady now--but even when I was young and energetic I never cleaned as thoroughly as you do on your colony. Bravo ladies!! However, it seems to me that the young MEN should be doing the raking of the outside, not just riding around on machines. You women put the men to shame with how hard you all work!

    Question about the bells---are there different melodies for different groups of people (young women, children, men, entire congregation), or do you just know that you're needed at around a certain time of day and then know that bell is for you and to ignore if your group isn't scheduled for an activity that day?

    • @gisellewaldner9406
      @gisellewaldner9406  9 місяців тому +1

      there are different bells for different things, there is a different one for church, a different one for school and then the one to go eat and go to the garden is the same. :)

    Ms. Giselle, I have to do a lot of cleaning next week. You know, I was going to make oatmeal cookies today. It's a Living on a Dime to Grow Rich (channel), one of their recipes. My sister's family, and my mom and I are going on a picnic tomorrow. And my oldest nephew is turning 6 in June, and the youngest is in September or was it August. And my sister is 6 months pregnant with another boy. So, we have to find a park with picnic tables. I can't sit on the ground either, because I can't get up. My arm hurts so much, frozen shoulder. Luckily, it's my left arm.

    • @gisellewaldner9406
      @gisellewaldner9406  9 місяців тому

      I'm sorry to hear about your arm, if you don't mind me asking is there anything you can do/ or will it get better on its own. I'm curious as I don't know anything, but I am praying for your recovery and oatmeal cookies sound delightful. with all your nephews we would say that you are reich, rich :)

    Hey Giselle I was watching one of your older videos and ran across the one where you were saying that you had a migraine and saw the half circle, I used to have that and ended up finding out I had epilepsy and a brain tumor, I have since had a craniotomy and no longer have those headaches and the circle. My tumor was behind my left eye, my grandfather comes from a Mennonite family in Oklahoma last name Klaassen, it’s about 5,000 to get an MRI, it might be something to look into. I only found out when I had an awful seizure did not wake up for about 24 hours. I love your channel don’t mean to worry you but I needed to tell you, lots of love.

We were in shipsawanna Indiana at the Menno Hof museum and there was a picture of a lovely woman on the wall that I recognized, let me know if you recognize her as well. @@gisellewaldner9406 it is the Mennonite/amish/ Hutterite museum. They had 2 pictures on the wall. I almost took a picture but didn’t want to be disrespectful. My husband and I both said that’s Gisele! It had a group picture and you were in the lower left corner. It also had a group picture of 2 Hutterite couples that were newly wed. The museum was well done and explained the differences and beliefs very well. Most of the people in The picture were your age group and dress. I know different Hutterite communities has different style dresses. We were just thrilled to see it. Your UA-cam channel has had such a wonderful influence on my life that it was a joy. You never know what a seed planted in the Lords name will blossom into 💜. I ran a town of 7800 people as a town manager and put into practice kindness and gentleness, hard work, it’s hard in the secular world. I’ve always been a believer and learned to not strike back at the unsavory but solve it in a different manner. Anyway it was fun! If it wasn’t you then you have a twin. Many blessings.

    Hi Giselle, Peace be with you. Giselle, I couldn't find anything specific on verse 5, but one reference work calls Psalm 46 “a hymn celebrating the power of God, the mighty defender of his people.” When singing Psalm 46, God’s people expressed their trust in almighty God's ability to protect and help them. (Psalm 46:1, 2) The words reminded them that Jehovah was always with them.-Psalm 46:7, 11.
    To strengthen their trust in Jehovah God’s protective power, the psalm invited them to reflect on his powerful works. (Psalm 46:8) In particular, it directed attention to his ability to put an end to war. (Psalm 46:9) In a sense, Jehovah brought an end to war in Bible times by protecting his people from enemy nations. However, the Bible promises that God will soon do so on an even greater scale when he brings an earth-wide end to war.-Isaiah 2:4. where it says... He will render judgement among the nations And set matters straight* respecting many peoples. They will beat their swords into ploughshares, their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift sword against nation,
    Nor will they learn war anymore. A very comforting scripture, don't you think so ? Giselle, peace be with you and your people. Kind regards from your cousin Doug, from Australia. PS, I was wondering about every one's knees, after all that cleaning they would have been a sorry sight. But at the end I spotted a pair of knee protection pads, Hooray, well done.😘

    I"m guessing in your community there is no room for even a bit a laziness... we could all learn to not give into it so easily.

    Hi there Giselle, How are you ? Yes. Jehovah’s Witnesses believe that the entire Bible is “inspired of God and beneficial.” (2 Timothy 3:16) That includes both the Old Testament and the New Testament, as they are commonly called. Generally, Jehovah’s Witnesses refer to these sections of the Bible as the Hebrew Scriptures and the Christian Greek Scriptures. In this way, we avoid giving the impression that some parts of the Bible are outdated or irrelevant. With the research I'm doing, I must say that the Mennonites, Hutterites are lagging behind when it comes to accurately understanding of the inspired holy scriptures, the Bible. Mark 7:8 You let go of the commandment of God and cling to the tradition of men.” What are some of the traditions of men ? It's time for all of you out there to have a close look at yourself and do your own research and find out what some of these traditions are. Unfortunately, they are not part of the Bible or Christian teachings. Their origins go back a long time, that's why these teachings . None of us were around then, but we have written secular evidence that this was the case. Who was it that introduced them pagan teachings ? The Romans under Caesar made it their state religion back in the 4th century CE. The early Christians did not celebrate their birthday, did not celebrated Christmas, Easter and many more so-called holy days.
    2nd Peter, 3: 16,17 ; Giselle, peace be with you and your people , Cousin Doug.😘
