I made almost this exact thing last Sunday, but I substituted some leftover roasted butternut squash instead of the tomatoes. I added in fresh spinach (chopped) right before serving for color. It really hit the spot on a cold day.
Looks wonderful. I just made a big crockpot of mixed beans with Turkey bacon and spices, and saffron rice and added my ghee and it was simple supper but wonderful. I love making your 2 breads. They always come out perfect
4:25 Instead of throwing those bench scrapings away, I dump them into my sourdough starter jar. If there's a lot, I may add a little water too. (Supposed to add 1:1 flour water). But my starter runs wet, so I usually skip the water. 💖🌞🌵😷

I use spicy apple chicken sausage or spicy Italian turkey sausage. Yummy. Doesn't have to be pork! Comes precooked so it's faster.💖🌞🌵😷
The thing I like about Irish soda bread is that it tastes similar to yeast bread, but there's no proofing. You mix it up and bake, no waiting! 💖🌞🌵😷
To be frank the tastes are completely different. However right - both Irish and yeast are yummy 😊
