Excellent video, thank you! I just bought this gun and have around 200 rounds through it. It's a fantastic firearm for the price. Extremely accurate at 10-20 yards. It's my main home defense gun, so it's perfect.
Hey Rob, nice relaxing video. I really like the smell of Hoppes also, it's almost therapeutic. You know I have and probably never use a bore snake, cleaning rod all the way no leverage with that cloth. Anyhow I got my BRG9 out and put a couple hundred rounds through it, and I'm really really liking it. Started with 100 rounds of 124 grn NATO then a few more hundred of 115 grn, not one hiccup whatsoever. Accuracy was great point of aim at 15 yards. This pistol is only budget in price, it is hitting way above it's weight class.
Rob I just revisited this video and I was just doing some cleaning with ballistol. Works like a charm you should give it a shot it's completely non-toxic doesn't smell at all or at least it's supposed to be completely non-toxic and biodegradable and it cleans just as good as the hoppies.
what is wrong with the bore brushes that come with the pistol? i learned the way to always screw on the lid of the hoppes bottle, haha. never throw away bottles of cleaner! just pour all the residue into one bottle for a frankenbrew gun cleaner. your gun really won’t know the difference. we just used gasoline to clean our rifles, and motor oil to lube them a bit, in the army in 1972.
Nothing wrong with the board brushes that come with the pistol, just typically store the box in a different location than where I do my videos so. I have dedicated cleaning stuff at my filming location

Hi. Bought this gun about 2 months ago, and already fired at least 20 full mags. The gun is fabulous and is up there as one of my favorite hand guns
@@Landon_Harms Yes it is definitely a outstanding gun especially for the money. I'd rank it up there with any of them
I love mine, so far I've shot about 500 rounds and not one failure, it's a great handgun!!

That kerosene in traditional #9 does have an aroma but it cleans great. I picked up one of the Avid bore cleaner & it works well. Thanks for info. 👍
Yeah I'm not caring too much about this synthetic blend. It'll be back to the old stuff for me lol
Nice video Rob, enjoyed, I guess I am old school, I still prefer cleaning rods.
Well to be honest Stephen I had to break out the cleaning rod to get the barrel of his gun clean

Best demo on how to remove slide.
Thank you I appreciate you watching I'm glad the video was up some help to you that's why I make them
Call me old fashioned but I still like the old cleaning rods. They are so much faster.
Me too
Thank you so very much❤
Cool ..I bet you are the first or one of the first to do this on this pistol
Yeah the bigger channels won't touch a cleaning video. They have too much to lose. Me I could care less lol
I hear that buddy
Great informational video! Thank you!!!!
Thank you for watching I appreciate it. This is definitely a deal to jump on while you can find them
Dear Hamilton, Thank you so much for this video.
Thank you for watching I appreciate it. Seems like you are building a well-made gun. I look forward to getting some more rounds through it.

@@brgdefence will be looking forward to seeing what you come up with.
I like boresnakes and rods equally.
Yes they both have their benefits definitely. I still use both.
Lookin GOOOOOOD Rob !
Thank you much sir!
Sounds like more EPA bullsh!t, whereas they lean on the various companies, like Hoppe's, to comply. Nice video.
Im edging to this video.
🤘🏼♥️🙏😝
Reatvideo Mr Hamilton this pistol looks like a clone of a glockenspiel am I wrong
Actually it's more of an XD clone
Guns are cool
Rob, have you put a light on your gun? If so, what light is best to put on it?
