    It looks so calming and ... easy. In reality this is so hard and requires precision.

      U r right. Sorry I skipped to read the ingredients in a rush. U mentioned 1 tsp of salt to be added but wat is the logic behind it? Plus u mention TD 2 times which one will be used generally? Sorry I’m totally a newbie & ask too much 😬🙏

    It's beautiful! What for you are adding 1 tsp Salt to the water?

    • @LushySoaps
      @LushySoaps  4 роки тому +1

      Salt helps harden the soap faster as well as unmolding. Some people use Sodium Lactate, some use salt. :D I hope that answers your question :)

    Hello. Soap looks wonderful. Can I ask what is the reason to add salt in this recipe?

    • @LushySoaps
      @LushySoaps  3 роки тому

      Hiii! 💚 Thank you so much! Some people use Sodium Lactate, some use salt, the reason being is that it helps to unmould the soap faster. As soap is salt in it's chemical structure, salt helps with hardening the soap. Hope it helps 🤗

    What books did you read on 🧼? Your pear soap bar is awesome. The pears 🍐 on top made me laugh. Next time I'm sure they will be pearfect.

      Hahaha, thank you. 😅 I've made every soap based on knowledge accumulated from blogs and UA-cam. I researched for about 1year prior to starting making soap. Last year though I have won a digital book called UG2CP and it's really cool! 😁

    U mentioned 1 tsp of salt, wat is the logic behind it? Plus u mentioned TD 2 times, which procedure is generally used? I’m also learning like u & really glad to find u here 🤗. Tbh I’m still stuck between Fatty Acid properties like Laurie etc!!!!!

    • @LushySoaps

      The salt helps hardening the soap. Chemically speaking, soap is a salt, which makes for salts to help the soap structure harden faster! If you ever try a salt soap bar you will have to cut it in few hours because of how fast it hardens. 😁
      The first TD in the description is the quantity introduced in the recipe. The second TD is the ratio I put into my mixture as I never used TD powder directly in soap. So I make a mixture of TD powder + oil, then I use that mixture in my soaps, as stated in the Ingredients. Hope it helps! 💚

      Thank you!!!! ❤️ I am sure you can handle it. I didn't do ombre from the beginning either, so take it slow to be comfortable with what you want to do. 🤗 Work at your own pace and you will see growth with every soap you make 🥰 Happy soaping!!!

      Even though this is a hobby, not an actual company, as I am not selling absolutely anything that I make for my channels LushySoaps, I did do researches upon researches before I chose my name 😁
      I don't know if you've ever heard about Lushy Green (it's a color) thus Lushy Soaps where a lot of times I try to make more natural soaps and the logo being green (even though it's not the Lushy Green colour I chose for the background + I also just love green, who doesn't 😅). Also Lushy can be used instead of tipsy, drunk (and it has a very long explanation that I am not going to give, but do see that I have a wine soap on this channel, if interested) 🤣 So, I don't quite frankly believe I would get a lawsuit, purely on a small resemblance like this. I am against copyright infringements so I wouldn't just act without thinking. I've also researched and it's possible to open a company with this name, here in Denmark, where I live, as in the future I might want to sell my soaps 😁😁😁😁
