Towards the end we will re-visit each of the 7 energy centers to connect, align and attune them for maximum energy flow and realign them as a collective.

This is the most beautiful meditation I've ever done. I'm crying. And smiling. Seeing older versions of me holding me as a baby and playing games together and coming out of that meditation with a message from my higher self that I do and can and will know joy without drugs. (Been sober for 6 months from hard drugs after using for 11 years since I was 16) and been so worried of that and to hear that message come through. Wow, I've never connected so deeply with Mother Earth in a meditation. 💚💙 I feel much better now, and will check out the course. 🙂
As expected I cry everytime it’s time to talk to younger self. Over a year ago, I was going through the toughest time of life and I just lost hope until I met someone who introduced me to spiritually. I am still learning but I’ve learnt so much, made so much discovery of who truly I am. I am working toward awakening into my spiritual gifts. I'll be enrolling in the course ❤️🙏 one question I have in this and other sessions is the breathing, do we breath in and out through the mouth for the whole session or just when you ask to take a deep breath in?
Always follow what feels best to you, whatever breath technique I am suggesting. You can give it a try and if it does not feel comfortable, just find your natural rhythm of inhaling and exhaling.

Hello. Love from India! Been following your work for a while now.
Here You have mentioned, de armouring for women. So is there a special session for men? How do we enroll if we wish to!
This one is more focussed on women, because the online course was recorded live with a group of women, so the overall energy is more feminine... but men can join too!

I felt a lot of sensation on my third eye chakra during this healing meditation. Often during other meditations as well, I feel a lot of sensation there. Does it mean anything- is it blocked or active? Please guide.
