- Beginner Acro Yoga Flow Sequence 2 Tutorial
This flow sequence is a great progression towards doing a more advance skill called back whip. As with any transition, pay attention to the key movements of both base and flyer that will facilitate ease and fluidity.

Hey! We tried this out today and we got the first step down. However, we just can't make the flyer fit through the legs. We're both the same height, are their any tips on how it could still work out?
What happens when someone not so super tries this?
Hi Dave, thank you for these excellent videos. I have a problem transitioning from reverse bird to low foot to hand. When I grip my partners heels with the peace fingers and bring her foot forward, I can't stack my elbow and wrist on top of each other. I feel my partner is tall, so her legs are longer giving me no room to get into low foot to hand. Any suggestions? Can she maybe bend her knees to give me more room to stack initially?
Dave, I believe that's called a reverse trap door. Good stuff. Cheers 🙏🏿
I like that one, super Dave!
Great master ❤
In New Zealand, we called a variation of this the Icarus Spin!
