I'm a contractor. We get Army NG guys somewhat up to speed that are/were slated for deployment. Had an armoured Hummvee use itself as cover so troops could move to contact under cover. These tards all got on the incoming fire side of the vehicle.
I saw this done in my basic training and the poor Soldier was dragged behind the transport vehicle by his bucket and smoked for like 2 hours, and that was during the practice, not the blank fire.
