I don’t understand why there aren’t more likes on your videos, they’re really good and you explain things very well. I will definitely enroll in your course soon. Thank you so much for your content 🙏🏻
Only the second video of yours that I've watched (back to back), and you've already got me re-thinking my maschine workflow and how I want to incorporate it with Push 3. I now feel that I can have them doing what they're each good at doing. Thanks again for a well taught demo/lesson.
i've been looking for something like this for so long. thank you. Also, one question I had is, are you able to use sperate plugins for each different sound on the zone? If so, this would be game changing but, so far I can't figure out a way to do so. If i apply something like reverb to one sound in the zone, it applies to all other sounds in that zone as well.
Unfortunately, I don't think you can do that. In this situation, I would just layer two sounds using link groups. You could have one sound on a pad, where you can apply the reverb to that sound. Then have another sound on another pad. Set both of those pads to the same link group
@@MusicMemor Sounds good. it would be cool if you could do it using the zone method but links are pretty easy to use so ill stick to that. Only problem with links is that the amount of samples you can use are limited. But im looking forward to any other tips you may have in the future. Thanks for the advice and love the video.
Great overview. Is there an easy way to timeoffset particular samples inside the zones? For example a sample starting 0.1sec before my snaresample? I only figured out to insert some blank space into the snaresample to offset it +0.1 sec. But then I also have to play the midi note 0.1 sec earlier…not a Great Workflow…
I tried to figure this out after reading your comment, but I haven't found a way to do so using "zone" in maschine. I'd probably do this manually by putting the same pattern on two different soundslots. Then offsetting one of them
Another workaround that I use it to take some silence (if you have any) at the end of the sample. More than you need initially, and then paste it at the beginning. That way you can then adjust the start point of the whole sample for a more delayed/offset feel
@Music Memor (BxHill) , you are a Maschine Ninja , and we thank you......
Haha thank you 🙏
Thank you for including the hardware moves.
I have never even opened the zones function. I like this function as you explain it. Thank you.
You're welcome! Happy to help

Thank you! That means a lot 🙏
Great tutorial 🔥 thanks for your time!
Thanks and you're welcome!
The best Maschine tutorials ever! (after Boris Mezhva, of course)))
Thank you! Thats high praise. And yeah, Boris is by far the best! His 3 intro videos on the maschine mk3 taught me so much

Aye I'm glad it could help spark some ideas! I have the push 3 myself and after using it for a bit, I could also see what each was best at over time
dope tutorial
Thanks!

Good time of day. Please tell me how to use piano roll in car 2?
Hi - I am not understanding what you mean by "car 2"

Hi I have the MK3 and not the + i dont have the zone like it shows to you unfortunatly !
Ah sorry about that
Is there a way to offset the start of one of the layered sounds playing after the pad is hit like in MPC?

@@rebelkleff6250 good tip!
Strange that we can't drag and drop a sample to layer sounds
