    I would love to see an UNSPONSERED review of a properly set up KYB Sherco vs a setup WP.
    Nobody seems to want to take it on ?

      Difficult in a Red Bull/KTM/WP marketing flooded world. I would also like it.

    Not sure what this wp pro stuff is worth but can say putting in the del soggio cartridges made huge difference from standard wp xplor

    I like how the Australians pronounce KTM as "Kay-Dee-Eem".

    So for less than the quarter of the price you can get the MX Tech Lucky System, is this really worth $8,000? Probably, but I doubt it for the anyone but the cashed up and race bois.

      I wasn’t super stoked with the lucky’s myself. I just expected more. My xplor pros arrived yesterday, we’ll see if they’re worth it. What’s not worth it is what so many seem to do to their bikes, which is to throw thousands in useless bling at their bikes.

      @@cameronaktepy3125 about the explor pros? Love them. They are too expensive, but if you’re not going to miss the money, do it. Exceptional in all areas, and especially good with small bumps. I bought mine through Kreft.

    What about a properly valved stock suspension set-up ? V the Pro

    • @reubs91
      @reubs91 4 роки тому +2

      I got mine properly valved and set for my weight and riding. Worst money I spent, the forks and rear shock just suck. I had my 4cs tuned by chads off-road, it was like riding on velvet, my current xplor in all honesty, sucks. Regret upgrading TBH.

      Check out the gnarly routes channel to see Cole compare a stock WP and come valves, both air and springs for an idea.

    I hate to say it, but Yamaha have the best suspension of the shelve. It works so much better than any WP fork setup. I wish Yamaha did a 2 stroke.

    • @reeveharper8424
      @reeveharper8424 3 роки тому +1

      Yamaha do several 2 strokes though? And Yamaha suspension, although world's better than any other stock suspension, has nothing on these factory WP Cone valves. Factory suspension will always be better

    Is the $$$ it when choice suspension do an absolute awesome job with stock suspension

    At the price we are paying for these bikes, is it fair to have to fork out that kind of money???? Not for me.
    I'm sticking with my 2013 closed cartridge and link rear XC.
    Properly setup by Suspension Matters.
    It would be a step back and +$20k down the tube to buy new right now.

    So in a nutshell, ktm have made their stock forks cheaper to make and save them money. Then they ask a premium for their bike and offer what is basically the old style closed cartridge insert to fix the rubbish stock susprnsion and charge even more!!!!
