This ad randomly pops into my head from time to time. The nostalgia...Back when COD lived up to the hype, they even got these legendary actors to play in their ads. Just miss the good old times when the days were long, and you didn't have anything to worry about except house chores and bouncing betty's.
This is how it used to be… No SBMM, no loud ass feet, tons of different styles of play, all balanced around : skill, equipment, and killstreaks. And… being a n00b wasn’t an insult, it was a badge of honor seeing new people play the game, because if there were noobs on your team, there were noobs on their team.
@@gen7033 I’m not wrong. The CODs everyone remembers growing up playing had SBMM. It’s not an inherently bad system, the problem is how it’s implemented in games like MW19.
Ah yes the era of COD I played before I got back into the series with MW2 it's funny watching this now I'm my late 20's and basically seeing myself now in the vet and seeing my teenage self in the noob
This was the era right before Google bought UA-cam and began looking for ways to monetize everything & everyone it touched. Back then, just having fun was enough. It's crazy how fast things changed

this and BO2 was the last of the good COD days. I'd say I miss them but I put about 30k hours from COD4-BO2 and never took them for granted. it was a great era

One of the best ads ever!!! I'm sure some will relate to this, I have a love/hate relationship with these games. I get so mad at them, but keep coming back for more!!😂
Dude if there was a movie kind of like this same premise with these two actors that are in a video game that are literally in call of duty they can die and come back and they play each map and somehow there’s a plot it would be the best😂
idc for all the hate it got at the time, MW3 was one of my favorite COD experiences ever. tbh i never got to play mw2 so thats a big factor but still, this game was GOATED.
10 years ago I was the nOOb turned Vet and I had to show the nOOb the way, now he's is doing it Big and I smile. He was who I trained in 2011 and now he can train others...watch and learn.
lol the ad that played before this video, was this video
This is a historical relic.
@@Chief556. we must preserve this

Call of duty 2010-2012: “there’s a soldier in all of us”
Cod now: there about $60 in your wallet, hand it over and we’ll give you a half finished game

11 years later and this ad still make me smile and laugh. Go get 'em No0b !
