Brad, as a guy who doesn't yet have his offset, I gotta tell you, I've really enjoyed this Weber Kettle series. Also, you just keep leveling up with these creations. In fact, yours has become without question, my favorite bbq channel on YT. You're an excellent teacher and a culinary artist that inspires others to get creative. Keep it up brother.
As soon as those tortillas come off the presser, put some butter in them , and eat them . Reminds me of my childhood in the 80’s, when I’d come home from school . My mom would be making flour tortillas , I’d put butter on them and my mom would run me out of the kitchen , cause if not , I’d eat them all . LOL ! Rest In Peace MOM.
Brings me fond memories of me and my dad doing the same, a quick late night snack. Throw a tortilla over the stove top for a minute or two with a small pat of butter. So damn good!
Love, love, love the Weber kettle series. I’m a kettle guy and there aren’t as many videos out there. Really appreciate the inspiration you give me by cooking on the thing I have at home.
Thanks for another great upload! You have inspired me to really get back into smoking/grilling. I've already learned so much. Can't wait to see the full stock and tallow video. 😁🤣🤣
Good video.... Been cooking this for years. I made a cooking plate that goes in my smoker. The smoke from it gives a great flavor.... We do birthday dinners for the birthday person. My son always ask for this one. We need chicken and shrimp.
Great stuff as always. One of my favorite channels. As I was putting dry rub on my pork steaks today I said - and don’t forget the sides rookie move! Ha
Always love a good beef fat tortilla sesh, and these look awesome! I love grilling up chicken for fajitas or tacos as a weekday dinner and now have to pick up a bottle of Chud rub to try it out! Still want to see a porchetta video!!!!
Do you have a recipe for "Austin sauce?" It was a green sauce a lot of the places I used to go to had on hand. Is the avocado crema you just made what I'm thinking of?
Brad, I'm loving your video's. I'm making my first tortillas now. My hispanic wife swears she can make home made tortillas. Well after 20 years waiting here I go. You gotta oil that cutting board for me please sir.
Great video. I'll be fire'n up the grill with this soon. I was wondering if you should have put your slice paste under the skin instead of on top. My experience with skin on chicken is once the skin flavor is gone the rest doesn't have that blast of flavor like the skin. Let me know what you think.
Bradley, I think I know the answer to this but... Can you make a compound tallow? Like you would make a compound butter? I assume if you chilled the fat it may set up. Lime and cumin compound butter/tallow.
Brad awesome Weber grilled chicken for the beautiful chicken fajitas love that you make everything from scratch especially breads and in this case tortillas 👍👍👍
Brad, do you have a decent recipe for corn tortillas that would work with the tortilla press? I made the flour ones for a bunch of friends recently. Rave reviews from all!
I gotta make my own tortillas man, that's what's missing from my fajita cooks. Not to ask a dumb question but I didn't see where there was any butter in this one to work with the tallow, when was butter used? That face you made when you said "Really" to Brooke was hilarious 😂
Ever carve out the oysters before breaking a chicken down? Had some tasty little yakitori style chicken oysters the other day while cooking some legs on the Weber.
Hi Brad - love the channel and everything you are doing. Thank you! Question - I want to make the fresh beef tallow tortillas that you have been rocking. Is there a way to press out the dough balls and cook without a tortilla press? Any advice/ recommendations much appreciated. I will buy a Chud Press when next available. You Rock!
Awesome job Brad. As always great video brother. You know when you say "nothing to it"reminds me of what a guy used to say that I worked with " like an woman's brain nothing to it" he was a unique individual to say they least. Anyways great job keep up the good work and as always please go cook something outside ✌️

Second all of that, even bought myself a posh little weber kettle👌🏻
Absolutely, had a friend ask me the other day about getting started in BBQ and I told him this series was the place to start.
RIP Takeoff
^K?
The veg chopping sequence is so satisfying. The look on Brooke's face said it all! Nice work!

Gonna try this! One of my favorite UA-cam channels!
Love, love, love the Weber kettle series. I’m a kettle guy and there aren’t as many videos out there. Really appreciate the inspiration you give me by cooking on the thing I have at home.
The editing on this vid was brilliant 👏
I have the same perforated pan and it is very useful cooking vegies on the smoker.
That is my favorite habanero hot sauce as well.
Thanks for another great upload! You have inspired me to really get back into smoking/grilling. I've already learned so much. Can't wait to see the full stock and tallow video. 😁🤣🤣
Wow!😮 just can’t wait to make this amazing tacos brother. Thanks once again there jedy master of bbq.
The "soundeffects" never gets old! :D love it!
Lmao! You replaced the comb with the knife 🤣! Lovin the content as always Brad. The education and humor is awesome.
Like that switchblade in your knife roll!!!
Good video.... Been cooking this for years. I made a cooking plate that goes in my smoker. The smoke from it gives a great flavor.... We do birthday dinners for the birthday person. My son always ask for this one. We need chicken and shrimp.
Your video speed throughs is absolutely awesome and I absolutely appreciate it. Get. To the point, nicely done. ❤️😎🔥
I made your crispy pulled chicken sandwich with homemade buns and BBQ sauce last night. Truly delicious.
Make a cook book! Could be a small magazine with a few of your basic recipes. We’ll buy it!
Delicious looking as always bud!
As to what to cook next, would love to see your take on some kind of dessert or more side dishes!
Bro your slicing segments are a thing of beauty 💯
Besides the soap weed (AKA cilantro) this looks extremely delicious. I love watching this content.
Great stuff as always.
One of my favorite channels.
As I was putting dry rub on my pork steaks today I said - and don’t forget the sides rookie move! Ha
Video editing is amazing 🤩
Your videos are so amazing, I learn alot from you and laugh my ass off. 🤣 you are the best
Weber Kettle just arrived for some weekend tasty BBQ...Cheers brother
That brand new chud chimney looks great
Love the long list of things you use, but where did you get those bowls and spice containers?
Digging the switchblade knife.
dude. editing all those chops must be a pain in ass! either way i’m make these tonight! thanks for the dinner idea!
Well done Brad! These look amazing and delish!
Your 16 mesh pepper arrived yesterday - I'm just waiting to use it for the first time! - Cheers!
Did this this last Saturday it was 🔥 best way to do chicken fajitas no doubt....
El Yucateco green is my go to hot sauce 👍 The black is also awesome
PLEASE do corn tortillas next time!! I figured most Texans favored corn. Corn transforms after been cooked. Flour just gets crispy.
I made some smoked turkey breast over the weekend and for a potluck using your video and everyone loved it.
Brad, those looked amazing. Great stuff as usual brother!
The switch blade comes in handy every once in a while 😆
LOL, you kill me every time you fast forward through veggie slicing!
Love the Italian stiletto in the knife roll😄!
God those look good! The avocado crema is the cherry on top. Please keep up the great cooking. And please go, make some CHUDRIZO!
Looks great.....but, what about corn tortillas? Btw, love the veg chop, so satisfying!!
Can you do a Mexican style bbq video?! With the meat cuts we use and grill Chile peppers and the whole deal!
Always love a good beef fat tortilla sesh, and these look awesome! I love grilling up chicken for fajitas or tacos as a weekday dinner and now have to pick up a bottle of Chud rub to try it out! Still want to see a porchetta video!!!!
Would love that new chud press here in Canada.
I would really like to see you smoke some beef back ribs if you can find them. The Dino ribs are not very common here in Tennessee. thanks Brad
Here ya go! ua-cam.com/video/LhXQj5r0EHg/v-deo.html
Bro im so glad I found this channel
Do you have a recipe for "Austin sauce?" It was a green sauce a lot of the places I used to go to had on hand. Is the avocado crema you just made what I'm thinking of?
Nice cook, always like to see you work your magic on chicken!
Looks awesome..... other than the nasty soap plant part.
Boom 💥
THAT LOOKS AMAZING!
Mind telling me where you got that awesome griddle you cooked the tortillas on? Oh, and now I'm hungry so I gotta go make some fajitas!
Brad I would to see some Weber Kettle series nachos!
How in the hell do you not have a million subscribers?! Your content is 🔥!
That tortilla press/cooker is awesome! Is that custom built? Where can someone find one for themselves?
Also would like to know about that press. Super slick!
Brad made the tortilla press in another video.
I think he takes orders for them. Checkout his website. I know he backed up on chud box orders, so these might be backordered too
That looks delicious! ❤
Brad, I'm loving your video's. I'm making my first tortillas now. My hispanic wife swears she can make home made tortillas. Well after 20 years waiting here I go. You gotta oil that cutting board for me please sir.
Your Channel Rocks Dude 😎😎👍👍
Got some good flavors there
cant see it in the list of things you use, what is the thing you use to cook and press the tortillas with ??
Great video. I'll be fire'n up the grill with this soon. I was wondering if you should have put your slice paste under the skin instead of on top. My experience with skin on chicken is once the skin flavor is gone the rest doesn't have that blast of flavor like the skin. Let me know what you think.
Between loosing all your tacos and the Offical Taste Test those looked awesome
I saw that switchblade in the knife roll mate lol
Hey this may be a dumb question but how long to you let you charcoal go in the chimney before dumping it in the kettle?
Let it go until the charcoal at the top is starting to catch and ash over. Usually about 10-15 minutes for a full chimney.
Bradley, I think I know the answer to this but... Can you make a compound tallow? Like you would make a compound butter?
I assume if you chilled the fat it may set up.
Lime and cumin compound butter/tallow.
Any thoughts on buying ready tortillas and heating them on the grill?
works fine
The random inclusions in the knife roll are spicing things up and I like it.
Brad awesome Weber grilled chicken for the beautiful chicken fajitas love that you make everything from scratch especially breads and in this case tortillas 👍👍👍
The homemade tortillas is next level
Brad, do you have a decent recipe for corn tortillas that would work with the tortilla press? I made the flour ones for a bunch of friends recently. Rave reviews from all!
Off camera do you still use the sheet pan or just do the rub in the ziplock? If sheet pan, how come?
What is the brand of sizzors and knives you use ????
Do you have a link for your tortilla press/cooker??
I gotta make my own tortillas man, that's what's missing from my fajita cooks. Not to ask a dumb question but I didn't see where there was any butter in this one to work with the tallow, when was butter used?
That face you made when you said "Really" to Brooke was hilarious 😂
No butter in the tortillas, but he added butter to the pan when he reheated the chicken & peppers
Yes please.
As always Sir, epic.
Ever carve out the oysters before breaking a chicken down? Had some tasty little yakitori style chicken oysters the other day while cooking some legs on the Weber.
Nice switchblade!
You Rock!
Plastic wrap and a rolling pin, or a wine bottle, or a cup
Man that looks good!
when is the cook book coming out
Nailed it !
Was that a switchblade?
Awesome job Brad. As always great video brother. You know when you say "nothing to it"reminds me of what a guy used to say that I worked with " like an woman's brain nothing to it" he was a unique individual to say they least. Anyways great job keep up the good work and as always please go cook something outside ✌️
Where on Earth did you get that amazing heated tortilla press?!?!?!
Lol - I literally chuckled out loud with "as well as an oop" - as the avocado oil completely misses the bowl.
What would be a more healthy option for the fat in the tortillas while also keeping flavor? Chicken fat/schmaltz? Duck fat?
All animal fat is healthy. Nothing wrong with some beef tallow.
You know it's good when Brad says fantastic and not "fan-taste-tic"
THANKS :)
Well I know what I'm making next week!
El yucateco!!
I think my grandma's tortilla have a contender.
Got a new knife I see 😂
I'm so jealous of your pupper
You should try a duck fat Tortilla I bet that would be awesome
Only thing I would change is I would rotisserie the chicken.
Awesome Vid. I'd love to see your take on a BBQ Fatty!!
Can you please do beef tounge¿? I watched a ton of your videos and haven't seen that yet.
Wow
I’ll take 10 tacos please! 🔥🔥🔥
An irresponsible amount of butter....love it. Lol
"Pitmaster Snack", "irresponsible amount of butter", yea buddy, glad to know i'm not the only one thinking the same!
Still need to make bao buns
SWITCHBLADE!
