@@goldenbear8250 Yes, “excellent coach” is not to be confused with “accomplished coach”. Clever gameplanning/approach and respect of the locker room can make someone an excellent coach
He‘s learning so quick, great answers, only 2 months and he gets better and better, if it’s the same on the field then he will be really good really quick.

A Jerod Mayo interview, is very different than a Bill Belichick interview.
Look at BB from 20+ years ago. He was a lot closer to this type of open coach. I wonder which reporter will burn him on something and lead to the closed off, guarded version of himself....
Get this man an OL and a competent offense asap.
