Omg I can't wait to make this 😍 thanks for the instructions I was looking for this and one question how many chain can I do for a pencil case pouch 👝 I have done 20 chain but I am not sure if that ok though 🤔 I want to make a pencil case crochet pouch

thank you for your comment! I would keep the same number of chains but make the pouch longer - so you could do 20 chains + 2 and then half double crochet for 68 rows for the pouch base + six rows for the flap, hope that helps 💞

also 68 rows is long enough for standard size pens, pencils and 15cm rulers 😊 I like your idea for a crochet pencil case pouch!
