For the majority of people, papaya is a fruit commonly seen in a fruit store, which will be enjoyed as a fruit only once it's ripe. Yet for us, papayas are edible as long as its shape is formed. The texture of its flesh determines its ripeness. You can use raw papaya to make a cold dish, or use ripe papaya to stew some soup. Either way, the taste is great.

小豪真的長好快，以前看視頻還比阿盆姐個子矮些，現在都比阿盆姐高了！從前還是個撒嬌討要吃栗子的小孩，現在也長成個翩翩少年了。欣慰的是他善良乖巧樸實的個性從來都沒變。（也有種看著這孩子長大的感動）

I must have watched this 3 times in a row. Hahaha. Big sister Penji still thinks Ahao is her little brother. She would not let him carry heavy stuffs because he might not grow taller. I thought it was so sweet when she remembered, telling Ahao how he thought the raw papaya was a turnip before. He replied to her with the sweetest, impish smile. So precious.

I love the laugh from your grandfather when said it tastes good. I miss my grandpa, I wish i knew it sooner so I can cook for him more often. Its been a few years since he passed away but my cooking skill is getting better. I wish I could cook for him again...

In my culture (I am a Bangladeshi Bengali), we use raw green papaya paste when marinating meat as it helps to tenderise the meat.

our youngest sibling who died last 2013 is very similar to Ahao his height,his body size,his skin color,his voice and even the way he looks. Other than me being hooked with the lifestyle that you have and the dishes you cooks,I really like seeing Ahao on your videos it makes me remember my younger brother and help me cope up whenever I remember him and the feeling of missing him suddenly kicks in.
