Honestly, since dweevils were back, I thought he would come back. I hoped e would too, but it seems pikmin never has repeated any final bosses into other pikmin games except the sovereign bulblax.
Pikmin’s boss themes have always been some of my favorite. Also judging by the amount of Pikmin covers you’ve been pumping out recently I can guess somebody’s excited for Pikmin 4!
This has to be my favorite rearrangement of the Titian Dweevil’s theme. It keeps the ‘imposing but odd’ feeling of the original, but adds to the chaotic side of the music, adding to the feeling of scrambling around to wrangle Pikmin in peril. Amazing job!
This thing was terrifying to me as a child 😭 seeing all of my Pikmin killed off because I didn’t understand it’s attack patterns, I kept on resetting until I finally knew what to do Oh Louie, we just love to hate you
What made this boss hard was that all the other sublevels before it killed most of my Pikmin so I could barely do anything, let alone drag out the treasures from Titan Dweevil's body into the ship.
When i was young i was so scared of spiders so playing pikmin 2 for the first time was kinda therapeutic so i can be more braver. Now its more hattred towards spiders than scare.😂
This is just an absolutely amazing arrangement of the Titan dweevil theme. I love it. Each of the the treasure attacks being arranged and after each treasure is heard the music keeps getting layers of drums and something that sounds like a guitar? It’s just so good.
Wow, well that's well timed! Finally beat this guy for the first time last night, after an unfortunate memory card corruption prevented me from doing so way back when I first played it. Wanted to finally go back and finish it before Pikmin 4, and it looks like you had a similar idea. Hope we get some great tunes in 4 for you to work your always-incredible musical magic on as well.
This titan dweevil cover is my favorite, alot of the ones ive heard dont really convey the scariness/intensity too well, but this one does it perfectly!
As a kid this boss gave me nightmares. I’d go in there with 100 Pikmin and lose every single one. This rearrangement definitely captures how I felt all those years ago
I've LOVED this song since the first time i heard it, and I've always wanted to hear a remix. I love this remix so much! Definitely adding it to my music playlist!
TItan Dweevil is definitely my favorite final boss of the original trilogy. its just so much cooler than the somewhat generic and now overused Emperor Bulblax. The plasm wraith, while also a cool boss, was meant to induce a scare factor, not make you fight a colossus like the massive, weapon wielding spider. its the most cinematic of the 3 and i love it. In other words, its the original Giant Enemy Spider, I haven't seen Pikmin 4's finale yet, but I'm not sure the final boss will be able to live up to the Dweevil, i will come back and edit this comment if I'm wrong though, I'm very close to the fight. (spoilers below) Here's the edit i promised, the Dweevil has been topped. Ancient Sirehound is freaking Peakmin. the fact it uses metal in its theme and the fact it uses elemental phases/attacks better than both the Titan Dweevil and Plasm Wraith makes it the best boss so far IMO.
@@capitanpastabase6342 Artifice Aion is from the Xenoblade Franchise (not gonna specify which one) and Fecto Elfilis is from Kirby and the Forgotten Land. both of which are some of my favorite bosses in the history of videogames. There's many more final bosses that are just as good if not better, but you mentioned Nintendo specifically, so i won't go into those since they aren't made by a Nintendo franchise.
0:20 does anyone know what chord this is? I've heard a similar sound to this in the hinox theme from botw/totk and I wanna know what creates that sound
I love this! Its very rare anyone does a cover of the titan dweevil since its so hard to nail having all of the tracks and weapon themes. This far surpasses the original track by a huge margin. The definitive version by far. Cannot wait to see how you might tackle the infamous submerged castle suite suite (castle>Waterwraith appears>waterwraith is coming!)

i literally just shot a bug with zevo (which INSTANTLY kills bugs) around 2-3 times and it only stood there, before falling, i have no idea if its still alive or not, or where it even is. i think louie was controlling that one
The drum kit additions at the end really made this song tie together for me. And I mean the original composition itself; this had so much more structure. Incredible work
While the original felt very discordant for such an odd creature as your final challenge (even if Dream Den isn't forced to be the last Cave), this feels a lot more epic and deserving of a final boss fight, spectacular work

After 10 months, i just realized this remix and the remix from Nintendo Land play the weapon themes in the same order being the Flare Cannon, the Comedy Bomb, The Monster Pump and The Shock Therapist. Very Cool.
I have an idea a mega dweevil a bit bigger than a normal dweevil. it can use items it picks up and use them against you like if it picked up a treasure it could smack your pikmin into the ground or other stuff
