I know some people complain about the short videos, but I think they help your channel. You give a lot of information in short digestible yet entertaining chunks. It’s much less daunting than clicking on a 30 minute Greg Doucette video going over someone’s diet
I agree with you but i don't think it's the best to help the channel. UA-cam is promoting longs videos (above 10min) since few months
I love his videos because they’re so short, my attention span is awful so this way I can learn a lot of information in a short time!

I agree, so many youtubers stretch their videos to 10+ minutes just so they get monitised, but Joe's videos cut the bullshit and get straight to the point.

It's my 17th birthday today and its honestly surreal how much progress i made in my 15th and 16th year thanks to joe. Gained 20kg and increased strength massively. I was massively anorexic, 5'11 and 46kg at 15. Im still relitevely skinny now but Im making progress. (6'1 65kg)

They were not bulking tips, it is the way Arnold used to bulk in the golden era, where there wasn't a lot of information about dieting. This is not a good way to bulk.
Mate this is not a good diet to stick to, not even when bulking.. If you want to do it once for the heck of it, sure, but the amount of saturated fat in this sort of diet is a multitude of the recommended amount. Going above the recommended amount (10% of total calories) has been shown to increase the risk for cardiovascular diseases by anywhere from 15-35% depending on the study, stacking up towards the higher end in literally hundreds of studies and meta-analyses. Please don't eat like this for the sake of your health! And the carbon footprint is out of this world too. We'd be living in hell in a few decades if everyone ate like this..

@@aufkeinsten7883 You do not understand how 'risk' is scientifically determined. There is no way to say concretely that high saturated fat intake increases one's risk of CVD and other health issues. The same is true of any micronutrient. Most of these papers rely on self-reported food intake, which means they're not true experimental science. You would have to keep a study group in a lab for their entire lives and provide them all of their life's food to determine such an outcome. You can easily argue biochemically that high saturated fat (evolutionarily, what humans have had the most access to) is better for health than the high carb/sugar approach many people follow today. Look at the general public and the immense rise of numerous mental and physical health issues over the past half decade. Environmentally, clearing out space to grow crops decimates tons of small animal and insect life too, as well as often requiring numerous pesticides. I believe you are well intentioned, but you're parroting old myths and paid-for "guidelines."

FYI, Arnold and most of the famous golden era bodybuilders were actually smaller than usual when they weren't getting ready for a competition unlike the guys today. Back then bodybuilders usually grew into the show and packed on size leading up to the contest while getting leaner. Now pro bodybuilders pack on their size in an "off season" and cut down leading up to shows. The only "bulking" that the golden era pros did was mostly before they actually did their first show, they built a good base of muscle (enough to compete) through "bulking" and then began competing.
I feel like it'd be so cool to see a transofrmation if you followed his routine for 30 days or maybe 90 :) also lov ur vids you inspired me to start working out and I've already seen the difference in muscle the past month

Actually, that arm workout you did was his pre contest workout. Normally when Arni was bulking, he only hit the gym 3x per week and did powerlifting. He was doing only full body with 10 exercises on those days.

Meal 1 - 4 eggs (scrambled), 2 rashes bacon, 3 sausages
Meal 2 - 1 protein shake, 2 cups oatmeal and 3 ounces cashew nuts
Meal 3 - 1 turkey breast, 1 portion brown rice and a large salad
Meal 4 - 1 protein shake and 3 ounces cashew nuts
Meal 5 - 2 cups cottage cheese and 1 protein shake
Meal 6 - 1 steak, 1 baked potato, 1 portion carrots and 1 portion break beans
(on saturday's) 1 large pizza, 1 large cheeseburger, 1 portion fries, half a cherry pie and alot of whipped cream
