This video made me appreciate my 4.5 hour flight from Mexico City to O’ Hare on Aeromexico economy that much more: hot (albeit light) meals both ways, two drink services, and an IFE that worked beautifully.
Wow, meal service is a massive plus for that flight. To be fair, Aeromexico uses the 737 MAX 8 and 737-800 for that route, newer aircraft. I’ve filmed it arriving at O’hare while planespotting multiple times!
Aeromexico is an exceptional airline, when I flew on them (JFK - MEX - UIO) before, the meals were amazing and the IFE worked smoothly and had a good selection

Their E2's are very nice and also love their Dash 8 Q400's, comfiest turboprops and can land just about anywhere

You'll be glad to know that, as of 2024/06/26, AC has swapped the A319 with the Max 8 on this route. It goes without saying that the latter is INFINITELY superior to the former (yes, even with Boeing's current state).
To be fair it doesn’t even matter if it’s a MAX 8, the cabin is just newer overall increasing passenger comfort

Yo im so lucky cuz I knew about this review even before I’ve went on this flight. I asked him to planespot on the day of march 27 to watch my plane take off, but he said he was gonna be on a flight coming in from Vancouver, and I’ve known and been waiting for this review ever since.

Ice you should go the the Dulles air and space Museum there is a space shuttle a Concorde and a blackbird and many more and there is a tower that overlooks Dulles airport and is amazing for spotting

Hi ice711 I’m commenting again to say that I went to the comox air show this spring and I think you would have LOVED it. there was a globe master and a few other giant airplanes there on static display and… A us airforce plane I believe it was a 737 or something similar. Also it happens every 2 years so in 2027 you better be there to cover it you should do it you will have fun trust me😉. Oh! I almost forgot the snowbirds where there as well and I honestly think that they are better than the blue angles that just my honest opinion btw

Other than the old IFE system, I personally prefer the old seats on the A320 vs. the newer economy seats.
I can understand why, the new seats feel so factory made tbh especially on certain airlines.

The downside to flying on older planes is the less comfort for passengers of course, but for aviation enthusiasts, old airplanes (even this basic A319) should always keep you entertained!
