In total failures and how not to do a business amd how to scam traders
Nikola Motors filing yet another lawsuit is throwing good money away on bad causing its stock to plummet.
With future divesting to raise capital all but guaranteed to continue as a viable business entity, this is the worst timing to throw money away on litigation that will take years to resolve which may force Nikola Motors right into bankruptcy with “out of business” signs hanging on its doors.
Businesses need to resolve violation of contracts and disputes through lawsuits otherwise it'd be a zoo. And no this won't causing them to go out of business.
@@thingshappen9199 This lawsuit appears to desperate attempt to gain cash for a company that is beyond cash poor.
If they actually win for a true breach of contract and it does actually bring in significant cash with low legal fees great.
However, understanding that attorneys always win even if their client looses, the legal fees cash output may drain drag on firms years especially if the appeal process occurs even if Nikola Wins.
Burning up much needed cash flow needed to stay in business may back fire in Nikola Motors.
Nikola is going to sell trucks AND the fuel. No other automotive maker does that. The fuel side of the business is going to provide a steady stream of cash. Additionally, FCEV is a much better option for long-haul trucking than EV battery trucks. Batteries degrade over time so the range decreases. They have a difficult time in cold weather. They are heavy so the maximum load is decreased. And batteries take hours to recharge, whereas FCEV trucks can be fueled in about 20 minutes. I can't see long-haul trucking companies wanting to deal with the issues surrounding EV trucks when there is a viable alternative.
Nikola TRE is not even their truck. The cabin is from Iveco S-way. That's because Iveco is a very large shareholder in Nikola. The first models were made in Ulm, Germany in Iveco factory. Nikola TRE is planned to be for EU and US. For europe it will be made In Germany, for America it will be made in Arizona
Just like Tesla used the Lotus chasis for ther roadster when they first came out? Start up companies do this very frequently because they don't have the mean to produce their own chasis until years later when they become profitable or at least stable.

Never bet on electric.....especially when your own grid is 35 years out of date and little to nothing has been done to change it...well minus using coal and oil power..we stopped using them and are suffering badly... ever lived in a desert in the summer with no power for AC...yeah that's where GM landed...also soon Ford as well
