After I got them assembled, I remembered that I had a can of cherry pie filling in the pantry. So, I created a little well in the middle of the cream chease filling and placed a dollop of the pie filling in each one. They turned out really good! Thanks! These need to be baked in the oven. Do you have an oven on your hot dog push cart? If not, you won't be able to make these. Unless you made them ahead of time at home. The best way would be to wrap them individually in plastic wrap or zip lock bags.

Hello, you would just add the jelly to the middle instead of the cream cheese mixture. :) I don't have a video for homemade puff pastry, but I have it on my list to make. :)
Any cream cheese brand will work. I use my store brand "Kroger" all the time, I also use the more expensive very popular "Philadelphia" brand. If you are in a different country I am not sure what brands are available there. :)

I had to peel them in half because they were too thick but they turned out REALLY good... Unfortunately, I forgot the citrus juice in my filling but you can't tell... I also dusted the tops with the egg wash instead of using it for glue to roll the corners in. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE VIDEO!

I made some. Cheese burned some. Wax paper smoked a little. Normal? Still looks good.
Hi Robert, wax paper is different than parchment paper and should not go in the oven. If the cheese burned you baked it a bit too long.

Yes it will add too much moisture. :) So just save the egg white and scramble it up or something. :)
