It’s definitely not Polecat. He’s not a part of OCRP and I don’t think his application would ever be accepted, not that he would send one anyhow. They just don’t play with him anymore. Haven’t for years-Code Zero Gaming has long since broken up. Jeff, Alex, and Dave left in September of 2019, and Zach, Polecat, and Buggs left earlier than them. Coming on 5 years in a couple months. I would guess that it’s probably Officer 266 Ryan V. (Killa Phantom) who you’re hearing and mistaking for Polecat. His voice is probably the closest.
