They have non-contact breathalyzers in Europe and everyone blows. You must show a valid drivers license, blow, free to go. Whole thing takes 30 seconds. If you don't show your license or the breathalyzer detects alcohol they pull you over and the investigation for impairment begins. they will even test for drugs.
