Caitriona I loved you the minute I saw you in Outlander. Sam may have pulled a lot of women into watching Outlander but it was your acting that did it for me. Don't get me wrong Sam is adorable but I am a huge fan of yours and when you said in an interview that Geena Rowlands was one of your favorite actresses it made me love you even more because I also love that woman too but not as much as you. You are my new #1 actress since I binged Outlander back in 2018.
That is so very nicely said. The producers have made absolutely correct decision in casting relatively unknown actress to play this character and she does it perfectly ❤can't really imagine any of the big Hollywood stars playing it. And Sam as gorgeous as she is.

Thank you for taking the time to chat with fans. I just got started with the first season the week before the "Shelter in Place" and had to stop my work in our libraries. I could no longer get the DVDs, so I had to pay for Starz to continue watching the series. I am watching season 2, and 5 at the same time, while reading book 2. I really loved the Scottish countryside in 1, and even before I saw it, I was planning to go trekking on foot or horseback in Scotland this fall -- but that has moved to - someday. This is such an intro to more Scottish history, and the destruction of the clans was so sad -- and yet, many Americans have Scottish ancestors because of the Scottish diaspora that resulted from it. (for me the Gunn clan). Now in the middle of Season 2, - the loss of Faith was so sad. Not looking forward to Culloden. Thanks for a great series.
There are 35-40 Million Scottish/Americans. As I also come from Scottish Heritage, The Battle of Dunbar Sept. 2, 1650. My forefather was a Scottish War Prisoner and sent to the "New World" as an Indentured Servant. Outlander has Filled a huge gap and hole that has been left in Scottish/Americans hearts. Even though Outlander takes place in the 1700's, it's still very relevant to what my Forefather went through. Thank you so much for the Entire Outlander series.

I just started watching Outlander this past Friday evening (3-20) watched five episodes of Season1, I stopped at 2:00 am. I went to bed and actually dreamed about it. It really is ok to just be you. We all struggle with tech. My grandson is just beginning his acting career, he’s good with villains. They’re fun to play. He’s always been a kind, generous soul. I worry, sure, but I’m glad he decided to chase his dream. I delight in the fun you have with the folks you work with. I find I watch you young folks, actors in general, with a granny eye: are they ok? How is the fame affecting how they see themselves? How’s the stress level? The questions I wonder about for my grand son’s future. I find I have different way of seeing actors, now. I’m glad for your success. Take care, stay grounded. Beautiful Actress and Soul. You made my quarantine....my friend invited me to come over to see OUTLANDER I had not clue as I don,t have Netflix. Thinking it was just 1 movie it turned out to become a total indulgence of Outlander. We went through a whole Season during one weekend and we have arrived a Season 5 almost and Season 6 seems not to be airing in Japan yet.....will miss you after the seasons are all over. It was emazing to see how outspoken you were, how mad you could get and then be loving again:)

Hope you are well and not too anxious about this coronavirus mess. Please tell me that Roger was not killed!!! My heart is broken!!!! Of all the pain we have gone thru, this was too much. I felt such love and respect for Sam in the episode w/Genevive. While he was forced into the situation, he saw a selfish, spoiled brat who was really a frightened little girl who had a future not of her choice and he taught her about what a sexual relationship was supposed to be. Wonderful for young men to learn also. Marvelous!!!

Hope you are well and not too anxious about this coronavirus mess. Please tell me that Roger was not killed!!! My heart is broken!!!! Of all the pain we have gone thru, this was too much. I felt such love and respect for Sam in the episode w/Genevive. While he was forced into the situation, he saw a selfish, spoiled brat who was really a frightened little girl who had a future not of her choice and he taught her about what a sexual relationship was supposed to be. Wonderful for young men to learn also. Marvelous!!!
