Man Titans you guys got it good with this build! You can literally get your Transcendent form instantly with 2 moves. You become a walking nuke that can't be killed and its so satisfying to play. Your goal on a Prismatic Titan shoyld be to get Transcendent as soon as possible. Its so good with that Jolting suspending grenade and infinite consecration slams! So if you play into dark and light for your abilities and then add survivability you have the power to destroy entire rooms even 30 power under but also can actually survive when pressing the advantage!
My first thought was to use Synthos or Wormgods paired with knockout. But in more difficult content like -30 to -20 power, I found the melee regen to be really struggling and then my survivability was just not quite there. Sure I could one shot something here and there, but then I had to back off and wait and if you guys know my playstyle, that just won't do it for me.
So I set this build up to pop Transcendent pretty much instantly and then added 3 different ways to get Woven mail for 10 seconds each time! And that's the game changer, it allows you to play way more aggressive when you have a 45% damage reduction buff up all the time.

Spirit Of The Synthoceps and Spirit Of The Abeyant for the class Exotic would just take everything you built already and really pop that melee dmg. Great looking build, going to give it a run once servers are back up. And we agree Titans should wade it first then figure out if it was a good idea or not later.

Can one ise different weapons instead of The Call? If I'm being honest, I don't like using sidearms very often
@@demi9571 you dont have to be sprinting for long, a single sprint step is enough.
My biggest issue with all these Prismatic builds is that they tend to fall apart when NOT playing solo. As soon as you add in a fireteam, everyone else is also is trying to kill everything to refresh their own perks/builds. This usually ends up in everyone only getting a partial on their combat loop, so things dont refresh in the correct cadence and the loop breaks. When the loop breaks, these builds break.
It was abysmal on liar handshake hunter build. the renewal build was only marginally better, to the point I stopped playing combination blow on renewal and switched to shurikens to just be a freeze tank with normal weapon dps, loosing a bulk of the orb generation in the process. I feel these titan builds will ultimately fail in similar fashions when playing in a fireteam.
Facts tho. I think we need to be finding team play builds
When using his latest warlock build with tempest, I had the same issue you're having.
On my own the build is great, but the moment I have other people in the team also killing things... the build breaks and is no longer functional cause the loop is ruined.
At least on a light or dark subclass things are less likely to break.
Prismatic feels like it's meant to be used when solo.
The hunters have a really good prismatic build for teams
Strand titan is just way better than any prismatic build hands down it’s not even remotely close
Yeah I feel the same way! it seems the only “new” build I haven’t had this issue with is the no hesitation, speaker’s sight support build. My buddy and I were able to easily two man the cooperative story missions for that trace rifle. Sad thing is it works better on solar!? Not even prismatic😢
Just remember, if your melee feels like it's taking "forever" to recharge, its because it is. Base cooldown of frenzied blade on Strand Titan is 1:52 but on Prismatic Titan, frenzied blade is 2:42!
That's why Transcendent is so important Once you leave it refreshes all abilities and we can become transcendent basically with one slam and one crowd control
Same shit with strand warlock melees. Their recharge time is truly eternal on their own.
@@Plunderthabooty how influential is this artifact mod to the transcendent gains? I don’t quite have it unlocked yet and wonder if then build will be fine once the artifact goes seat.
Transference: Gain increased grenade and melee damage while transcendent. Weapon final blows while transcendent refunds Light and Dark energy after Transcendence ends.
@@Plunderthabooty Agreed. for most prismatic builds aside from getaway artist warlocks you should be focused on getting transcendent as quickly as possible.

As a titan main i love this build but i'm really disappointed this is the only great build we have to build craft. I'll probably be playing hunter due to the build options.

For another point with hunters. The build.options are crazy over here. Whoever but together titans prismatic kit should be fired. We can't use sol invictus, no overshields for our barricades, and as a final slap in the face they gave is hammer of sol instead of burning maul so we can use pyrogale gauntlets lmao like wtf man. Hunters now are easily the winners and even warlocks can have 3 different buddies up at a single time and have great synergy with the raid exotic and with microcosm. Titans are literally just clinging to consecration slam and drengr lash. Titans we down boys
What about a hazardous propulsion build? If anyone I figure, you'll be all over this item.
Use prismatic with thruster and the quick recharge fragments, and then you can focus on building around abilities. Also, guns that shoot bullets faster are better for building precision charges. For example, nechrocasm
It's busted right now because anytime you get Radiant it negates the DMG buffs from hazardous propulsion, and Bungie went and gave so many different ways for players to makes teammates radiant, with Well being the primary one.

@@CouchCit yeah it's really fucking dumb considering it's supposed to be hard coded that the higher buff always overrides any lower ones...
It's just not viable with prismatic. There is no way to get sufficient survivability. I can only make it work well with solar or void.
To play this build, ensure you have no teammates.

You can do this build with team mates but you'll just need to focus big groups. Or be the one up front when it's ramped up.

tried titan in solo dungeons and it's really difficult with no excessive heals or invis, hope exotic class items fix that

Consecrstion was nuking in contest mode and banner was tanking, but as soon as you weren't working with a choke point all bets were off
Was just about to say, that first encounter it had no problem nuking a room in contest mode. Saying that though it did NOT work well when there were changes in elevation
@@jockstrike i dubbed 2nd encounter, bottom left side as hell for titan lol. All the spawns are inna circle around you and rhe sides get mortared by the adds up top. And theres stairs everywhere

With the exotic class item you coil get abayent and synthos or you could do abayent and kepris
Unfortunately I think we lose the Woven Mail part with Abeyant on the Exotic Class Item, which is the most important part here to actually survive

Shame that until we get good exotic class items, there are about a grand total of 2 stellar titan builds, and they're both melee, and not even the best melee class in the game atm.
how would this hold up with spirit of the abeyant and spirit of synthoceps exotic class item? Got that roll earlier but if I'm not mistaken the class item exotics are dialled down so just curious if it would be similar.
I don't know what it is but my prismatic bars aren't moving nearly as much

Great, a build that damn near 100% relies on have a smooth ground to stand/slide on, and for enemies to be mostly grounded and in close proximity to you.
Warlocks get multiple buddies that just shoot everything, everywhere, automatically, and now they can become walking Wells of Radiance.
Hunters get to teleport wherever they can see, turn invisible virtually on demand, and have the ultimate long-distance DPS combo ever created.
Meanwhile Titans fall apart if there's a gap on the ground or enemies are more than 2 feet off the ground.
Make it make sense, Bungie!
multiple buddies that shoot everything, everywhere automatically and do zero damage wow, and it's a build that means you don't have to shoot guns, in a game where shooting guns is one of the few things consistently good about it? bungie, you shouldn't have
Big problem when u dont have many adds that die in a few hits or other players that steal your stuff.
Sure its fun as hell but not viable in gm nightfall.
Better go with a suspend build if you want to be truely op

glad i'm seeing a lot more variety with prismatic builds as we get further out, everyone sticking to the same one for content was getting boring
Honestly surprised nobody has tried HOIL yet. With thruster and 3 melee charges you get pretty much full uptime on your x2 abilities, and you can just SPAM consecration and when ur transcendent the speed at which you get your abilities back is insane. I find I just get WAYYY more ability uptime that my friend who uses a similar build but with synthos. Also I like to use knockout, with pulse grenade+ jolt fragment(you have infinite nades just my using your other abilities)

Too bad it’s extremely tedious and difficult to obtain new exotics.
As neat as this is bungie shafted titans with prismatic. We got our worst survivability aspect while the other classes got their best. Having to crutch on exotics like abeyant leap to stay alive just limits the creativity you can put into a subclass defined by creativity. They aught to give us into the fray or controlled demolition
Something i dont understand is, how to build up transcendend so fast.

Just pulled an exotic mark that pairs Abeyant with Alpha Lupi. Every barricade thrown down send a healing pulse for you and team. It feels so nice with this build.
The only thing that sucks is a big part of this build is the woven mail being granted upon suspension giving a huge dmg reduction buff, but the spirit of the abeyant perk on the new exotic only buffs drengrs lash, and doesn’t do the grant woven mail part of the original exotic.
@@rocketatdood7807 that’s true, but between The Call, your slams, reaper, and the rest of the synergy you will be literally shitting more orbs than you know what to do with, each of which grants woven mail. Abeyant granting woven mail was a nice bonus for starting a fight with, but definitely not worth giving up on a second exotic perk. You can go the roll above for sustainability, or go abeyant synthos for more slam damage, or abeyant horn is fun for solar explosions. Abeyant stareater with the new axe super is also just stupid fun. Any route you go the exotic perk is worth way more than the free woven when you should have 100% uptime anyway.

Just made pretty much the same build earlier today, but with arc thruster ability. Surprisingly it works with suspend.
And Slice on sidearm.
what perks do you have on the side arm and machine gun
Just get strategist on the side arm :) That is all you need! More Class ability to feed into Abeyant
man i salute you cause the titan is the less versatile when it comes to prismatic and you working to pull off some craziest builds for them.
This is really badass but the rocket projectile sidearms are really pissing me off. Just give me 60 Sniper ammo already and 10 Ammo pickup!

You should look into a build on hunter with the new chest piece. You can stack all possible damage resistances this episode and take almost no damage. This includes: facet of protection (15% dr), galvanic armor (can't find a number for it so I'll estimate 10%) dr, transcendence (20% dr), max resilience (30% dr), resist mods (15% dr), facet of purpose with the strand super for woven Mail (45% dr), and the arc chest piece (25% to 50% dr).
If you manage to get everything active at once by jolting three separate things, being in close proximity to enemies, being transcendent, and picking up an orb of power, you can reach a damage resist of ~90%.
Now, you aren't going to always be able to have everything at once, but even if you only have one stack of the chest piece for 25% dr, and an orb pickup for woven Mail, and amplified, you're still going to have ~75% dr. This means that in normal combat with even just a few of your dr sources active you can basically have the damage resistance of being in your super permanently.
Galvanic is 35%

I f**ked up, I did Lightfall questline before seeing this video and I picked the wrong exotic (the helm instead of Abeyant Leap)
Now I gotta find another way to get Abeyant Leap and none of them are easy or quick - either I have to do legendary lost sectors solo (I'm only 1975 right now, so it's borderline impossible even for best players to do that so low) or I have to find some rare public event in the vex incursion zone and see if it drops (that public event allegedly pops up only once every several hours).
the exotic titan mark should work instead of Abeyant leap right? Mine has (ImprovesDenger's Lash) with additional grenade

Among all the bs Bungie does, they really fckd Strand over with everything, they should've at least kept the Woven Mail orb to 10s.
I miss the days where metas weren’t a thing. Metas make games feel incredibly unbalanced. If I’m not using a certain weapon and setup, I can’t do maximum efficient damage? Sometimes people can’t do the metas because rng doesn’t allow them to do so. They beat the mission or quest to get the item but the item never drops because rng said no. I never had a gjallrhorn in destiny 1 because it never dropped for me. I don’t count buying it from xur either. Make metas a thing of the past and let people play how they want to play, metas are killing games IMO
This is straight copium. The second you cant kill 7 or 8 adds per slam in a nice convenient chokepoint to immediately build trancendance you are done. Teammates steal kills and then what? The entire 'overpowered' build is useless for 3 minutes while everything recharges. Why bother when lorely and banner of war exist?
This works great, but everytime I get an enemy stuck in the air, the fireteam just guns them down so I can’t get the loop off. Rather annoying when a build working properly relies on a dumb fireteam that can’t kill anything 😂
Oh boy yet another Consecration build.... prismatic IMO is mid on titan because if you not going consecration or thunder clap , you won't be doing much.
There's alot wrong here. Firstly this gameplay is exclusively in regards to an ad dense encounter. Now yes you'll say it can apply to alot or even most encounters. This isn't as well in a situation where the enemy is scattered about or from longer distances or if it's a boss that's extremely tanky with no ads nearby to setup your chain abilities. Like various non battleground GMs.
This is why Hunters are so strong they have survivability/ad clear now even in the aforementioned scenarios.
What statistics should I bring to 100 on my titan? For both PvE and PvP, this build here should only be used for PvE? for PvP what kind of build should I use?
I want abeyant leap but I’m way too underpowered for the lost sectors. If I do all the lightfall missions on legend do I still get to choose one exotic?
I don’t think I did the campaign on legend on my titan. But how can I check to be sure?

I'm curious what you think about thruster with drenger's lash. I ran that during my legendary run against the witness. Saved my life. With Abeyant leap, it makes the strand ball to immediately track the nearest enemy. Might be a bit more useful.

I was using something similar to this with Behemoth equipped as my super though. Frost Armor+Woven Mail is crazy DR.
I like it!!!!
You could use Thundercrash instead and get amplified, the artifact perk Galvanic Armor gives you 30% DR while youre amplified. This is also something people forget you get from knockout which makes it not only damage but also 30% damage reduction with the current artifact.
So with knockout and strand super you get Woven mail from orbs and Amplified from melee kills and you can now use Synthocepts for damage.
