No, about 1 out of 1000 get caught, and maybe 1 out of 100 make it out to the highway, maybe u don't live in HK, these drug cars are caught everyday, they just don't cause as much chaos as this one

With small compact city car, he was able to cause this damage. Many criminals prefer driving trucks and 4x4 off road vehicles. The reason for that is what we have witnessed in this video. It would be better to impose regulations to prevent such individuals from driving these vehicles.
Bumpers are kinda collapsible so maybe even though he got sandwiched the bumpers just bent against his body and didn’t fully crush him. He’s probably badly injured though.
