Blooms Tower Defence was an inspiration for WAW zombies believe it or not, I remember reading about it on the Wiki. One of the devs or designers cited it as a main inspo.

That bloons map was probably the coolest custom map I’ve seen. Would be cool if call of duty used upgrade paths like that for each gun instead of just pack a punch.
They do that for some of the wonder weapons on different maps and imo all of the wonder weapons with upgrade paths are the most fun to play with!
Bloons zombies could literally be its own standalone game. there’s so much they could do with that

Dont use fast_restart or map_restart. It breaks things like wall buys and the weapon list. That's why the Gorod weapon list was used on the L4D map after he fast restarted. Just use /kill server if you want to end the game quicker to restart
Needs to be seen by Noah ASAP, shit is frustrating constantly watching him do this, and then something breaks next game and he's always so confused

Map restart usually doesn't break things, but I think the safest route is "map_rotate"

The left for dead map needs a second run through and the rating unfair because left for dead is a dark game all of that felt just like left for dead and all the modding they had to do with the witch the hunter the tank and the boomer but yes Bugs are common for a great map designed and executed in a month

You might be misunderstanding what that is. Depth isnt creativity. Its rated low because its a small map so you run of things to explore quickly despite there being tons of other features, which he rated highly

When it came to the left 4 dead map when it comes to the one getting a wonder weapon out of the box you should've heard them do one of their cheer quotes.

Having watched the previous contests and this video now too I'm getting the feeling that it might be more interesting if there was some sort of clause to the contest that Noah has to be the first person (outside of the dev/test team) to play a map because the chat are constant spoilers and hints and aware of everything instead of the "savour every detail of a custom map" Noah mentioned.

For the guy who asked about his engine exploding, just rent the exact same car and get the insurance for it and swap out the engine, then claim it blew up on you while you rented it. Rental insurances are usually pretty cheap. Tip rent the car for at least a 4-7 days to not raise suspicion.

I enjoyed playing through the map, however my only gripe about it is that it is way over saturated, by the end of the egg my eyes were burning and i couldnt deal with playing another map for a bit. the neon could've been done away with and i think it would have been fine
