I just watched this video. Very nice tour you gave. Just curious, what side of the base do you live at? When I lived at Yokota, my family lived on the East side not far from the East Elementary school. (What it was called back then.) I even remember the building number being 4554-C. Wow! How I can still remember! Japan is a very good assignment to be at. Continue the great work on the video's and the special memories!
Thanks for sharing!! This helps me get an idea of what to expect. I was just wondering how pcsing with your dog went? Are they pretty strict about breeds? I have a service dog (not emotional support) and have been super worried because he is a doberman
Hi! We called the vet clinic on the base we were stationed and told them we were PCSing to Japan and they told us everything we needed to do to get our dog ready. The sooner your start the better so that they can travel with you, because there are certain shots that they need that require a specific amount of time in between. I am not sure what breeds are allowed on base, unfortunately.
Hi I tried looking on our Vet Clinic website but I'm not seeing any mention of breed restrictions. Here is the link if you want to take a look: phcp.health.mil/Commands/Public-Health-Activity-Japan/Yokota-Air-Base/fbclid/IwAR2IgNp-xcqqd9KE6LYYqAACaMeibiVO1O-n3e1lppR_hwy33xFdaPhI_bU/
