I lived in the quarters you see out of the directly out of the windshield at minute 4:01. We lived in that house from 1986-1994. I remember when they put up the stone wall too. I was also there when it was still Yokota East Elementary. I was fortunate to have Ms. Mendel in 3rd grade, Mr. Petree for 5th, and Mrs. Saiki for 6th. SO MANY GREAT MEMORIES!!!
When I was stationed there way back in 1974-6, commissary was called comstore, used to be across the Route 16, I think still the same location as shown here. There are so many changes to the base since I was there.
Yokota was such a great place to be stationed. Was there from 2004-2007 wish I could go back to those days
Lived at yakota from1984-1987 Fabulous tour.

I miss yokota so much 🥺❤️
My husband and I think about the day we have to leave and how much we're going to miss it!
I've got video of Yokota from 1992-1998 somewhere; it would be interesting to compare! Thanks for the memories!
no problem 😊
Love that cube. Had one in Okinawa when we were at Kadena. Miss that little bugger.
