Yesterday my husband and I moved an entire pallet of bagged mulch (40 lbs a bag) from the street to the shed in our back yard. Our property is a third of an acre and we hucked the bags into a wheelbarrow to move them. I didn’t even get winded and absolutely no soreness then or later. I’m almost 64 BTW🙀
That's fantastic! Keep on truckin.
OUTSTANDING! 😎❤️
I have a similar experience...I started resistance training and carnivore at the same time. I used to work out and I'd be sore for 3 days. I had heard that when exercising you feel more sluggish without the carbs? Not so! I feel as energetic as I did with carbs, but I can just keep going, and always working until failure (of the muscle). And like you two, the next day nothing- only the beautiful 3 minutes of stretch in the morning before I get out of bed. And I'm 70. Somebody stop me!
OUTSTANDING! Thanks for sharing!!
Steven, your skin is visibly ...clearer
Well kids’ this gramma is now a carnivore , my first week and feel’n pretty good. I am real tired of the inflammation. This is why I decided to try it when I get up in the morning my back is all stiff because my back bone has been rubbing on my hip bone.( due to a knee injury ) i’ve been going to physical therapy for the last 4 to 5 weeks but this week they noticed a difference. They said my knee was much stronger my leg muscles were stronger.hmmm, could it possibly be? I’m sticking with it high proteins good anyhow and the fats are good for the skin. I’ll keep you posted on how I’m doing. I’m 79.
LETS GO GRAMMA! We hope the Carnivore gives you a better quality of life like it has for us. ❤🙏
Holy cow! I would have been exhausted after that! Nice work, you two!
Thanks Lillian 😊
Boa noite StevenSteph! Que tudo dê certo em sua vida! Que Deus te abençoe! Fica com Deus! Que tudo dê certo no seu Dia a Dia! Que você receba muitas bênçãos do Universo!!!
I’m coming up on my year anniversary of carnivore July 31. I have lost 69 pounds down about seven size it’s crazy. I do feel good all the time had my knee surgery didn’t even have to have rehabilitation. I got right up and started walking and I’ve been doing good ever since I’ve been walking a mile every day except for the last couple days, I got vertigo, but I can’t carnivore and thank you for sharing with me because I’ve been on this journey with you for the whole year except that I did have a couple carbs. I get 10 to 15 carbs a day, I always stay. I hope you guys are doing.❤❤❤❤❤❤
OUTSTANDING Donna! So happy for you. Your Quality of life has improved. 🙏❤
I need to try this diet, good work Donna!
I really miss seeing new videos of the both of you dumpster diving and cooking and answering mail and playing your games...how come you both don't do them anymore?.I'm sure there are alot of people out there who miss you guys to....How's Puddy doing?
Covid changed everything, not us but the whole DD environment. If it gets better we will jump right in again. Thanks for watching Sandi.
Wonderful you two!!!😊😊😊❤❤❤
Steph, my hubby loves road biking so I have learned some stuff through osmosis. The actual seat and the fit of any bike has a LOT to do with comfort. So if you don't like the seat, you can replace it, it is easy to do. The angle of the seat also plays in, does it tilt down or back or level? How high or low is the seat? All of that will play into whether the seat chafes you, if you are having to reach too far with your toes, if you can't stand up without the seat like "right there". And so on, so if you know someone who rides rode bikes, or you can call a bike shop for a consult, they should be able to help you figure it out even on an exercise bike. There are bike seats (like the "granny seats" and the road bike seats) that have gel in them. I now watch people riding bikes along the roads and in my head I"m like, that bike doesn't fit you, it is too small/too big, you are reaching too far for the handles, your back will go out, etc.
I love our visits . so entertaining you two....
Have fun guys give the house hippo a pat on the noggin have a wonderful night!.
😂 ❤️
It’s your carneversary! Congrats!🎉
Protein helps recovery time
Guys you both look fantastic!
You are too kind ❤
Steph, is it like riding the cotton pony?😅 (a tampon?) 😂 I think your seat was definitely made by a man. Why do they think that the bike seats need to be in between the lips off our HELLO.😮 😂 Congrats to you both. I wish I could do that.
😂😂
I love your door plantation shutters/blinds. What is the brand?
Affordable window coverings did the installation, not sure the brand they supplied.
Steph,
How’s your friend doing on carnivore?
Great content. When doing the carnivore diet, there is little lactic acidosis in the muscles and you wont get sore like people who are doing the SAD diet. Especially red meat delays the lactic acidosis
How much did you get for all of the change you cashed in from the coin star video?
I don't remember off the top of my head. We said it in the video though.
The DOS and donuts of your journey, on carnivore diet.😊
😂❤
Yeah, I don't get sore working out unless it's a new exercise hitting my muscles weird. But, I can still overtrain and have a setback in strength. So I make sure there is proper recovery time. But it sure is nice, I used to hate working out because of the pain, now I thoroughly enjoy it!
I think it's just lack of inflammation from plants not being there, the body can easily handle muscle rebuilding without throwing a fit.
Awesome! Glad to reaping the benefits of the Carnivore diet 😊
Did you guys ever hear of people not being able to eat the fat?
It's only been 3 weeks having 2 ribeye a day. I had to switch to once a day and ground beef for the second meal.
Because I constantly feel sick to my stomach and vomited one night!
I feel like the fat is making me sick
May I suggest adding some vinegar? I use a fairly clean hot sauce myself. I have always struggled with fat intake. Pork is the worst fat for me so I eat beef fat with my pork meals.
I think most people have a measure of gall bladder disfunction due to a lifetime of eating low fat. Give it some support for a little bit and it will get better. Almost to my year carniversary and don't need vinegar anymore. 🎉

Interesting, I will try that. Thank you!
And congratulations on your year!
Consider supporting the gallbladder. Too many years of low fat eating, and we're all clogged. It may make a difference. It did for me. Vinegar, other digestive enzymes - and time to get fat adapted. I can handle way more a year later, and things got easier after a gallbladder flush.
Hi Guys, have a great day.
Can you all show and tell. What you do eat?
They eat large chunks of well salted chuck roast, Steph bought an entire case of whole Chuck roles. I think it was around 60lbs of chuck roast. They posted a some food videos when they first started carnivour.
😂❤😂❤
I could try carnivore but with more chicken of that's possible. A variety? I wonder if that's good.
I guess it depends on why you’re doing the Carnivore diet. If it’s for autoimmune you can “test” other foods to see if you have a reaction if not then you know you can have that item. Chicken, fish, Lamb and duck are on the menu if they don’t cause you any problems.
I forgot that you tested for food intolerance, allergy. I Have some autoimmune disease, inflammation all show on blood work. Pain in e every joint, along with ddd, have had more knee surgeries both than can count, screw up back.
Feel like I'm a goner.
Butt also 3x cancer, 2 in the last 6 years. I'm worse since my last chemo for b cell lymphoma.
Done with chemo have heart damage.
So thanks and I'll pursue the food issues, can't regulate bowls, bloated,i don't eat much. Smoothies, yogurt, fruit, i love steak and burgers, home cooked only.
This drives me nuts..I just watched a video by Dr Suneal Dhand and he's telling about some athlete that is in prime shape and is vegetarian and never touches meat..is it because some people are made carnivores and some are vegetarians and you have to just find out which you really are?
I think the mainstream is pushing the vegan agenda.
If something works for you do it.
That athlete will be getting pumped with all sorts of pills and enhancers.
I haven't stayed sore- 🎉- go
