As an animator, I need to act what my character will do so I know how to do the movement smoothly, so this video is perfect for me to practice how to do it sharply. It's a great video and easy to understand how to do it correctly without hurting yourself or doing it wrong from the start. I appreciate your video a lot
You are one of the reasons why I train as hard as I do. Inspiration and motivation flows freely when I watch your videos. I follow you on Instagram as well, you're amazing! I would love for you to make more poomsae videos as well!
Bjj and boxing guy. I have no idea how to throw kicks properly. In 1 min you made me understand what is a kick. 100% im gonna buy the course. Thank you so much, oss.
Fantastic! Detailed cues like tucking the heel into the glutes; he really breaks it down and explains it well for beginners and those looking to perfect the basics 👏 Nice job!
This was perfect I don’t have much arm strength so if I get into a fight situation I’m doomed but my leg strength is great so these kicks really helped ❤
Have been searching for taekwondos kicks explanation as I just started attending taekwondo class and this is the most logical and detailed explanation so far. Thank you bro! Youre GOAT 🔥
Beautiful! I'm a big fan of martial arts. Though I don't practice it myself nor in public.. this can actually really give me a head start tho. My best are the tornado kick & the 540❤ they look so good when I see them in movies. I love watching stuffs like this and I would also like to go into some sort of martial arts choreography at some point in life. Much love from: Nigeria💚
thank you so much I workout almost everyday for 7 months and gotten a lot stronger and I'm very happy to learn these kicks bc I wanna learn martial arts myself
I was a late starter in TKD as well and am about to get my first degree black belt! I'm proud of you for starting your journey, internet stranger. You'll be an inspiration!
Thank sir, my PE teachers gave me a project to demonstrate one of the moves of taekwondo, one of my knees Ached a lot during the kicks since it was not used to doing fast moves.
Awesome sir. Great tutorial. Foot work on that last one I could never get close to right. Pointers make sense. Wish I could afford training as a child. Got (some) training eventually but as a child I was obsessed. Learned what I could on my own and watching a class. Olympic gold winner Son Quee Chong is here is Syracuse. Loved being there.
I've always had a wish to learn Martial Art. It was one of my Favourite Hobby that I used to practice at home regularly when i was a Kid. I'm completely inspired by it. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to learn it. I used to practice at home by watching Martial Art Movies. And as there's a quote which says - " Practice makes us Perfect ", so I too had the Results of my Hard Work. I was 10 when I got inspired with this Art and today I'm 27. But, Still I Really Want to Learn this Art.
Thank you and for your support !! It is never to late!! I have an online course to learn martial arts at bvomasterchong.thinkific.com/ or if you want to train with me personally, please email me at bvochong@gmail.com if you like. Would love to help you on your goals!

But, as you don't know that I belong to India, so it seems very hard to come there 😔. Otherwise, I would definitely come to learn from you personally. 🙂😊 Thank you once again 🙏🏻
Great instructions, very clear and analyticaln. In particular, the demonstrations of the most frequent mistakes in performing the kicks are very helpful.

Hello, I came from your other video and this was very helpful thank you! Could you give me some advice on keeping my knee in the same place when kicking? I tend to move my knee in when doing roundhouse kick which makes my hip stick out Thank you again 😊
I was a great Soccer player so I assumed I would be good at kicking. I was wrong. My right leg is decent but not nearly flexible enough. And my left is just bad all around. Great video. My main issue other than lack of power in my kicks is my flexibility. Would you recommend me throwing some of the higher kicks even though it causes slight pain? Or should I stretch until I can throw it with no pain at all?
You have great form! I am really tall (204 cm) and my legs are really long, I am better off keeping my foe at a distance so I want to learn about kicks, I should do some stretching exorcises to get close to your form though.
@@BVOMASTERCHONG master do you know about Vidyut Jamwal an Indian actors and you know he is India's no 1 martial artist you can search on UA-cam . And in world he come in top 10 fighter .
This is what taekwondo instructors should be teaching. They teach elementary move and said to practice the motion. Didn’t explain rotating the planted foot, swinging knee past center and leaning weight into kick. This video recapped my first three months of taekwondo
I've been focusing on losing weight recenetly and been training on my own. It's easy to make mistakes on your own and just going with it. It's nice to know I've corrected my mistakes on my own. The side kick one, I was confused. I've been relying on the side push kick rather than the side kick since I was a little unsure of the form. Now I think I can slowly perfect it
