Our personalities are deeply shaped by experience, and when you awaken, you can shape your personality despite circumstances. Everything becomes internally regulated. Meaning, if your personality used to be depressed and pessimistic, once you realize your power and worth, that can obviously change. This is what's called Self Actualization. I would suggest Dr. Joe Dispenza's work for scientific clarity and examples. But I will say if you were silly and sarcastic “before” awakening, that would still trend on. It just becomes conscious. ☺️✨

I think what I just experienced felt like an awakening. I was scrolling through my instagram feed, and I saw this bodybuilder with his pregnant wife and child. Jealousy instantly arose in me, and I began my usual self-pity story. However, I just laid there and felt the intense pain and gradually opened myself to it. Once the resistance completely dropped, I felt these amazing waves of love and bliss. It just kept coming over and over, I started repeating this mantra in my head: "How lovely, how lovely." Because that's what I truly felt. I immediately felt so much overwhelming love for the bodybuilder and his family; the jealousy was gone. At one point, my eyes began to roll back in my head because of the bliss, and then I started laughing 😂. It is just so amazing.

I now seen the dead all around me; and have awakened to the fact I had been dead for approximately 50 years; I am still bewildered and in awe as to this thing we are all living in. I am relatively new to this spiritual awakening experience stuff which is continuous. In all honesty I am struggling to process what I am experiencing. In my previous life I was a business man with a mechanical and electrical mindset. I never expected to evolve into a spiritual man yet here I am. I now see the wickedness that I was. I find myself at 54 years of age extremely sensitive to energy forces. Although I live alone I can feel a heavy presence of demonic energy in my neighbourhood and the city I dwell in. I believe my over sensitivity is a result of me frequently practicing confession which I never practiced in my previous life. I believe that God is helping to purified me which has been a painful experience but liberating, and the heaviness I left in my previous life has lightened up substantially. My over sensitive of energies has me isolated and it is difficult to go out my apartment door and be around other people. God please help me understand. So be it!

i love the idea of needing to stay connected to the O, makes total sense. It's only when I'm too focused and caught up in the 1 that i suffer. This is true. There are periods where I ignore the external completely and focus on meditation and manifestation and these periods flow more smoothly, but then I get sucked back into the material realm and I start to get all stressed out again. The trick is learning how to stay more in the 0....

Such wisdom reminds us to connect to our passion which taps into the deeper source of creativity and guides self-expression. The reality we perceive is indeed the (spatio-temporal) manifestation of limitless consciousness expressed through our limited body-mind-self. Yet, what we truly are is not this limited illusory centre of ‘the world out there’ but pure awareness before identification with the external world which includes our body-mind-self. Embodying this understanding feels key to living creatively and authentically, rather than reactively and defensively. Many blessing 🙏🏼
