Just another idea to enhance the dish (for fish only)...Marinate the fish in some lemon and lime juice for 24 hrs. Drain the fish and lay flat on paper towel until dry. Spice the fish and then fry. If you find a citrus spice, use it in the chili. Just an idea.

I love the recipe idea! I always make my chili spicier than most. Try making sweet cornbread, crumble it up in the bottom of the bowl and putting the chili on top of it. The sweet offsets the heat and you can really taste all the spices. You can also top it with sour cream and cheese. Love ya'lls videos, keep up the great work. Greetings from South Arkansas.

402 is my favorite you tube channel. I have no idea what your name is but you and Sasha have a great chemistry. My cousin Ryan McPike is a TV weather man in Omaha and I am from Missouri and have fished lake of the Ozarks dozens of times. Keep up the good work and keep keeping it real.

I never eat chilli the day I cook it. I let it cool Then put it in the refrigerator over night then get it out a couple hours before mealtime and put it on stove with low heat. It really brings all the flavors out and mixes them.
I discovered that about 35 years ago taking venison chili to my hunting club. First person to harvest a deer had to bring either chili or stew the following weekend. Thinking back it seems like I was the one who always fed everyone. 🤔
