I said this in the first video I made on this last April but I think it's good that the Fighters are getting paid to fight in Creator Clash 2! I'm just critical of the marketing implying it's all for charity and people like Alanah saying that Froggy is stealing from charity when his $15k advance came from the money he's getting to fight and not money for charity. That's why the video was made. I have no issue with people getting paid for their work

Your a dumbass that takes assumptions and fucking imaginary calculations that you made on your cellphone as facts, why do t you try and speak only about the thing you know for a fact instead of living on your imaginary world.
@@kiko53768yeah I agree like I have no problem with them being paid because they take time out of their schedules to stream into training. It’s just that the marketing made it seem like they weren’t being paid at all or at least very little. Any like the vids bro 😎
Idk man I think honestly they're taking a huge pay cut to do it and often enough to maintain their life expenses, which yes are much higher than average because of their existing assets usually, but their purses were enough to not make them sink for doing the event, less so for compensating them.

Remember, anyone who could show receipts to disprove an entire argument but uses words instead is most likely lying.
Gotta love how they walked all over froggy but showed no receipts of him doing something bad before being kicked out. Froggy was open about everything and people sided with him, if only Ian was more open from the start I don't think people would care as much as they do.
Besides if it was really for charity, they should do whats best for the event so it raises more money, but it seems Ian and Anisa care more about their own image then about the success of the event.
All I saw from Idubbz new video was excuses and not a lot of compromise.
@@youtubedoesntletmehaveagoo8673 Some people have caught Froggy in a lie and in all honesty I think both sides were in the wrong
@@theoutsiderjess4869 what lie?
@theoutsiderjess4869 You mean about the communication stuff? Like Anisa trying to get in contact with Froggy when he said he didn't get any notice or contact from them before his ban?
I get that, but that's really minor in the grand scheme. This was all blown out of proportion because of a joke at Anisa's expense which was not even worthy of note. Add Sam Hyde simply training Froggy, and it was an action done out of fear of Froggy being a Sam Hyde spy, which was ridiculous to assume on their part. Ian and Anisa turned nothing into something. It only made matters worse as they dropped an awful clarification and went dead silent, leaving people who aren't even involved to play defense team for them until after the event. Can't blame Froggy or Sam for this. This one is on them.
@@oss956 Do you know what I can't get over after all of this was said and done though... that they turned down 100k from Jidion to just let Froggy back in the event. I mean they lost 250k from this event and they still declined the Jidions money. that just shows how much Anisa and Idubbz despise Sam Hyde.
So after Harley did all that rambling, he ended up getting more money than the charities? 💀

I mean I think it's kinda unreasonable to expect Idubbz to take a million dollar loss but at the same time I think the cost to run it is completely ridiculous. @@xstome9608 he’s lying for tax bennies
@xstome9608 Yeah, I underestimated the cost and over estimated Idubbbz's financial status. I thought Idubbbz was rich like H3H3 or Hasan and the fighters used their own money for training.
The event was 100% marketed as nobody makes money on this but charity. Harley is delusional.
"You're questioning us, that means you're against charity." Way to hide behind Charity

This is all on Ian. He sabotaged his own boxing event.

I feel like Ian is being a blatant grifter and he’s taking advantage of everyone.

Harley needs to get the same hate Ian and Anisa are getting. He was just as much, if not more, out there promoting this event as for “charity” and condemning everyone for not watching when he was just protecting his bag. I wonder if he’ll donate his payday to the charity he was fighting for so much.
Funnily enough Harley, Sam, and Froggy are all actually on pretty good terms which makes me think that Harley is just completely delusional about the event. I think because his fight was supposed to be a big one he really wanted the event to work out and now he's just sinking with the ship.
The fact the event isn’t a charity n oropke were paid … tax fraud
I lol’d till I cried when he got bodied and knocked out the ring.
If everything is true then I’d say to go after Ian and Anissa, the organisers of the event, and not the creators signing up to fight. For all we know, the creators involved who signed up to fight were likely told everything was going to charity. No shut they’re going to promote it as such. Blame should be placed on the organisers
@@mrsurge4789 Harley is different in that he had insight into the ongoings of Creator Clash. He knew of private messages between Froggy and Ian. Creator clash 2 didn't make as much because the whole "Idubzz is hosting a boxing match!" wore off. People didn't care as much 2nd time around because most of the boxers don't have massive fanbases; Dad for example, an amazing boxer but he is mostly unknown by the wider internet.
Also because Iddubz did a terrible job marketing the 2nd time. I didn't even knew Creator Clash 2 happened
It's almost like idubbbz should've listened to everybody telling him it needs more hype and controversy surrounding it. Instead, he wanted a 'professional' boxing event with nonprofessional fighters.
The Froggy Fresh drama didn't help either. I'm sure many people refunded their tickets for CC2 after that mess.
What's even worse is that the live stream was behind a pay wall unlike the 1st time being streamed on UA-cam this helped the 1st CC get a lot more money from the viewing revenue but alas iddubz turned his brain off for this event explaining why he did what he did
Who the fuck cares about a bunch of pasty chronically online attention whores boxing? Why was this ever thought to be lucrative in the first place?
I watched the video again.
So Dr. Mike confirmed he got paid 50k for CC1. Hundar and Harley confirmed a 20k stipend plus a percentage of the revenue for CC1, but they didn’t give exact amounts.
You should also keep in mind that ppvs aren’t the only way this event generates revenue; in person ticket sales, sponsorships, and merchandise also contribute heavily.
CC2 had about 6 different sponsors; Crash Bandicoot, Fansly, Raid Energy, Ohhh, and a few others.
We don’t know how much the fighters got paid for CC2. Harley said 20k + percentage of the door sales on PKA, but who knows if that actually happened or not. I imagine some of them got paid more than others.
The biggest travesty of all this, is that haircut...
It is absolutely delusional to think making $20,000 is basically working for free. I know for a fact that training, travel, and lodging woulnt even put a dent into that amount.
Bit more than that. If you’re dedicating most of your time towards training for months to a year. Time taken away from makin videos or streaming. It’ll effect your profits. Training, transportation, traveling is a dent. The rest is to cover losses in potential profits for the event
It would lol

@@haustyl12I don't think it's more of a proof thing but generally humans, no human should train for highly extensive periods. While yes I believe they 100% output alot of effort and such. I really doubt a coach is going to be taking a marginal amount more than give or take 5-10 GRAND. Private lessons will take a fair amount per hour as well so they're gonna obviously take a less intensive 7 hour each day training. (I'd presume.) It just wouldn't be cost effective. The dent made in the money given shouldn't have been the entire 20k it'd be beyond stupid. And judging from how most of the creators faught in the event, they didint seem to know much. Some had good like basics but the rest seemed so fucking iffy.
I really think the 20k was really mostly pocketed and the creators 100% could've just paid themselves with their massive bank accounts.
No body should be pocketing money for a charity event, it just seems wrong on so many levels.
Marketed as a charity event proceeds not to tell you it actually only after they make there money back.
if it wasnt marketed as such for woke points, wouldnt matter. A couple of points:
- Froggy, on another video, stated he would give his purse, his cut of ticket sales and his cut of the PPV to charity. This implies that the $20k is the MINIMUM for each creator.
- Ticket sales for both events haven't really been confirmed, just PPV buys.
- iDubbbz apparently rented out a hotel for unaffiliated guest creators (see his video) for this event.
Add that in and that's likely why the cost rose so dramatically.
There's also things like sponsors and merchandise as well.
@@RxYouth I didn't watch the broadcast, so I didn't see if they had sponsors this year, but if they also sold merch and STILL aren't breaking even, then that's entirely on them. If it had sponsorships as well, then they are definitely pocketing money.
@@pawkeshup another comment mentioned about 5 different sponsors, like crash bandicoot, fansly, oooh and said there was a few more besides the 5 or so they mentioned. They also stated Dr Mike said he was paid 50k for the first CC. Anisa and Ian have become so good at gaslighting and strawmanning I really wouldn't be all that surprised at this point.
@@RxYouth Then there's no excuse. This just convinces me Ian and Anisa took a payday from this. There's no other logical explanation to squander that much money.
Harley: Its not ego, its not about that, its all about MONEY.
Be nice if all those virtue signaling fighters on the card who accused froggy of taking money from charity donated their fight purses.
Honestly if they want to do it for charity, then fighters should do it for free and only have to pay for the broadcasting itself, all money being sent to the event should just be to pay the bare minimum for broadcasting and anything left for charity.
It's hard (for me) to see on how an event would all go towards charity, when you have a bunch of stuff needed to pay off, along with paying the fighters off. It doesn't sound like the charity is even getting much.

I think you're wrong that Ian didn't have to do the "we lost 250k" video. I don't know the exact details but I think Froggy was in contact with one of the charities and was about to spill the beans if Ian hadn't done it first. So it was damage control.
I feel like Ian paid the fighters too well or at least had too many fighters. I mean $20k for like 24 fighters each? That adds up even if it doesn't seem much to any of them. Ian really should have been budgeting more instead of riding on the success of the first creator clash.
They were also supposed to get a percentage of sales and POV. Harley mentioned this on PKA and Froggy said he'd donate his percentage if they let him back on the card. Ian needs to show the receipts.

ALL of the creators should have done this for charity as well.
Creator Clash, mainly the second one, just seemed like a scam of a charity, especially with the way they compared themselves to other charities, treating it like some competition. If UA-camrs do charity events, they should be looking at events like The Sidemen football charity match or streamers like CdawgVA. It's weird when most of the proceeds go to the event runners and participants and not charity lol
Also, I still don't understand why Creator Clash needed to have a Red Carpet Gala. Like why?
If there was a post-fight press conference then yeah I totally get that but a Red Carpet Gala makes no sense whatsoever. Plus they invited people like Amouranth, Esfand, Hassan, Meowri, PeachJars, Cyr etc like wtf is their significance in this event?
This looks much more like a flex and their attempt to one up the other Influencer Boxing Events and ironically this Red Carpet Gala is one of the reason why they couldn't give any money to charity lol.

its sad that yogcast (which arent really popular anymore) jingle jam makes more money for charity than creator clash which is a giant event.
This is why you can't fully trust charities or charity events unless they fully disclose their expenses and show where all the money went.
So Imagine about thinking about making money at a charity event, joking or not.
Good point blowbacks no one ever accused them. Kinda a guilty conscience or self snitching
Watch Ian try to define charity speedrun any percentage
Anisa just got a huge back tattoo done, if they are hurting so badly for money I don't see why she did that.
because its all a lie. How do you think they got over 100k donated to charity that they "couldn't afford" due to them "losing money" on the event. Its just for them not to have to pay the charties and have us the stupid consumer pay for their lifestyle. And they get away with it everytime. Social blade tells all and this is ridiculous the new age of media.
Whenever someone says all of it is going to charity in a huge event, they better have MrBeast levels of money, because there is no way they are going to make an event and paying everything from their pocket. Especially something this huge.
I don’t know, it’s just a complex situation. As easy as it is to say fighters shouldn’t be getting paid like some comments are suggesting, it is really hard to get people on board to fight for that. The 20k creators were making probably didn’t even cover the costs most of them put into training, and at that point most creators would rather just donate the money directly than waste it all on training expenses and then show up to not even make that much for charity from people coming to the event. Things like the gala are also supposed to get people interested in watching the event, so even though it didn’t work out this time it is hard to predict whether expenses like that are actually going to help get money or hurt in the long run. It’s unfortunate, but with underperforming sales an already questionable setup was pushed past the breaking point. People are starting to realize that massive charity events like these are not actually that good at generating excess revenue, especially compared to your average charity stream that costs a lot less to make but gets a lot more general audience participation.

What’s funny is that they can easily debunk the claim that they’re pocketing money by just being transparent and showing recipients when it comes to where their money went. But they won’t do that cause then people would see that they spent hundreds of thousands of dollars flying out creators that had nothing to do with the event (probably in first class), rented out an entire hotel, and had 4 different parties with open bars to “process their trauma.”

I hope the creators can give some of the money they received to the charities.
Bowblax has the vision, also I think it’s karma for Idubbbz saying “we’re like basic better than everyone”
He never denied pocketing money, outside of a very dismissive way of wording it (i.e. "here's what people have been saying and it's hurtful; it's the complete opposite"). Every other time he mentions being accused, he only said that he's not okay with people making stuff up with people lying and he doesn't need people spreading rumors. All he's said are soft denials. He never outright says that he didn't pocket money.
thank you for making this video!
The most surprising thing about this is me just now knowing John Morrison was in the event and I had absolutely no idea 😂
I'm looking into this. Here is the thing, the math that idubbbz gives doesn't add up when you add the total revenue.
I'm going to stream with modernmedua later breaking down the numbers, costs, etc. but will definitely mention this video for being the first to actually look at the numbers.
My biggest question is did they take a money for putting on the event? I mean this event is the only thing that IDubbz has been working on for months so it wouldn't surprise me if he took a salary. Also Harly is on crustal meth if he thinks this was communicated clearly at all. For a public non-profit charity event there is zero reasons not to put out a detailed budget of how money was spent regarding the event. The fact he even felt the need to preemptively defend himself from such allegations is super suspicious to me.
stupid af for them to rent out a whole hotel to pamper content creators and then say “whoopsie no more $$ for charity left.”
how abt him n anisa donate their own fking money. they claim theyre oh such good ppl and shame they old audiences. and when said audiences dont support them anymore suddenly theyre crying abt how their charity event failed. if they care so much as they claim to theres nothing stopping them from donating. nothing stopping audiences from donating too, why pay them like this instance and the money u pay intending to go to charity gets wasted. just cut out the middle man. its so apparent the failure of this event is its own creators, they turned down large sums of money from other creators seemingly coz of their own egos and high self worth. i dont feel sorry for them.

still the fact that Charity Event and idubz losing money -$25K sound normal to me. its charity event, it supposed to lose money because it non-profit. it seem someone want something in retun instead of doing boxing event for fun and also Charity.
my theory the Creator Clash is just idubz try to find new audience thats more profitable (maybe like H3 audience) instead of edgy audience. Creator Clash are just branding things so they can make businesses and stay away from edgy joke and content cop. the reason why Sam Hyde and Froggy Jokes are "Brand Risk" because it hurts their brand and all the charity excuses are worthless because non of money goes to charity, all of them goes to the event. this is just a case of bad management, the fact that they surprised and didn't expect Charity Event gonna lose money and thinking the event can coverup the cost of the event and charity instead of paying for the event and the event only need to raised money for charity. i don't know them personally so this just a guess but i do still think this all just a big mismanagement and failure attempt made by however run this creator clash 2.

You where very clear in your original video. The fact they won't say a name is very telling about how much they believe in they're argument.
I don't even like Froggy (I don't have thing against him either) but every step of the way Ean handled this wrong.
Idubbz if you don't want anyone to have contact with Sam Hiede put it in the contract & you should care about money because if the show doesn't make money there is no charity & there is no next show.
Also all this info might get them in trouble with irs taxes….i don’t think this was a good idea releasing to public
You know where the money went... Look how much bigger IDubbbz left nostril is than his right
7:03 The GOAT Morrison.
$20k is working for free? I would also get my azz beat for “free” if it meant paying off that much debt…… i mean for charity….
IDubbz v Sam Hyde for Creator Class 3 would more than makeup the lost profits plus make its own.
People want the receipts, my guess is they show an unconscionable amount of money going towards giving their paid guests a luxury experience.
The route they should've gone with is letting froggy fight and cut him off after. It would've suck but the charity would've gotten some money. But no he had to defend his mother-in-law after causing the drama to spread and it was about sam hyde being rent free in his head. Froggy only gave himself a punishment game no one else.
Was there any investors or organizations who helped fund the event outside of Mr & Mrs. Jomha? If it was all out of pocket/proceeds from the previous event, then I can see how it was destined to fail. I’m no expert, but I’d secure funding from charitable investors/organizations when creating a charity event
Bro you doing all that math is like going back to high school
it was never about charity. For the creators it was a bag and ego, for Anissa and Icuckzzz it was ego
Also, although some money got donated to charity with that live stream, it should have never came to that, because even that was about ego. It was about trying to make him look good after the failure of an event made him look terrible. If it was about the charity, why not put the money up himself, the dude is a multimillionaire.
No way is idubbbz doing this simply for charity. He is gaining something or he wouldn’t be doing it. Remember he made tons of money off the airsoftfatty, full force video and paid him nothing
I dunno, it doesnt seem like a surprise to me that the event had to pay its own expenses before it can stsrt putting the revenue to charity. Otherwise all the expenses would come out of idubbbz's personal finances, which it sounds lime the $250k difference did.
I also think that it's fair to say the fighters are not significantly profiting off of their stipend, as they are expected to put that money into preparig for the event, including getting professional training.
You forgot about in venue ticket sales
God, watching all the clips of everyone saying "it's for charity" and "it's not to line anyone's pockets" while he's paying them 20k EACH FIGHTER, dog that's not necessary. It's YET another L on IDubbbz poor planning and shitty follow through.
He basically called his fans basement dwellers and shat all over them and now he’s shocked they didn’t wanna PAY for his projects? Shocker.
