Hear me out…please? I’ve seen Many “Zentangle Certified Teachers “. 😒 But…I must complement you on your line work!!! Simply Amazing ❤❤️❤️❤️❤️ Myself an Artist, who works with many mediums. Good, really good line work is a true talent👏👏👏👏👏
Hi! I love your channel!! I did this dragonfly last night and I LOVE it! You make it so easy to follow! I may work my way through all of your videos! I’m loving it, so peaceful!
@@KelliBlouin I told my mom about you too, you have the delivery and excellent voice for instructing! Looking forward to trying another one this evening!
I am in love with your videos! I have just discovered Zentangle and I am excited to see what I can create. This dragonfly is amazing! Thank you for sharing
Just love love the dragonfly! I'm a photographer and they are one of my favorite macro subjects! I will use this one again! Note: the constant ads took away the "zen" in this video. 😢
I’m so sorry…I am not showing any ads except for before the video starts. I just rewatched it and none show up for me. I’m confused as to why you had them….???
@KelliBlouin hmmmmm...is it because I stopped and started it??? I'm at work so can't just let it run...lol There were none on the 15 minute videos so maybe it's me?? Anyways...sorry if it's on me. I do love your videos! New to this genre! Just tried it stopping and starting. Every time I do that I get an ad. I'll have to try to plan better!
Hi Kelli I usually like to do easy simple tangle and avoid complicted looking ones although l tangle daily for two n half years. Finally l follow your video on Dragonfly and l completed it. It looks lovely n I sent it to my 3 little grandsons to appreciate it. Thanks for your sharing and patience in guiding me step by step. Bravo. Finally
I was a little hesitant to tackle this one but after watching your video a couple of times I felt I had to try it. Your style of coaching the watcher through the tangle gave me the confidence I needed. Though my first attempt is not quite what I want it to be, I am satisfied with it as the FIRST attempt. I always do them several times until I am completely comfortable and confident. So, I am sure they will get even better. Thank you for being such an awesome teacher!
You are such an amazing instructor and have a soothing voice. Thank you for sharing your incredible talents and time with us. BTW I LOVE how you put the names of the tangles along with little thumbnails of each on the back🥰
A question….I have a friend who loves my drawing of your dragonfly. She thinks that I should make cards with this drawing for friends. I’m 86 years old and I’m enjoying getting back into the art world with zentangles. What is the accepted way of using other people’s work? And/or is there a way that I could make it my own? Thank you. I love love love 💕 your tutorials
PLEASE use it! They are lessons for you to follow to do what you want with! I am so excited that you enjoyed the lesson and your cards will be beautiful and so special!
Love your designs. My sister Kellie introduced me to zentangles. One question. Do you ever use chalk to color your designs. Or some other medium. Thank you.
I have used watercolor, chalk pencils, and colored pens, but I mostly stay with black and white because I am partially colorblind and colors overwhelm me. :) But there are so many examples online of people using colors and the Zentangle company has a few videos about using chalk pencils!
your voice is so soft, I could not understand one word you said, and you have captions disabled. I turned volume up to blast, but as you are so soft spoken your words are indistinguishable. This is a really a cool tangle, just want to hear you! no zen here, sorry. please look into a better mic or something.
Thank you! I knew it was French and that it meant “spring.” I also met the person that named it! Whenever I try to say it correctly, I sound like I’m trying too hard. I never can quite get it right!
Hello Kelly,
I think your voice is perfect for a Zen feeling.
Your zentangles are beautiful 😍😍👌👌👍👍
Thank you very much!!!
Greetings, Rina

I only do ads in the beginning. There should not be any ads in the middle. I’ll check! I have never wanted the “zen” to be interrupted.
I’m so sorry…I am not showing any ads except for before the video starts. I just rewatched it and none show up for me. I’m confused as to why you had them….???
@KelliBlouin gotcha! I love your videos! Very easy to follow and calming!!!

Could you speak a little louder and draw a bit darker?
Thank you for the feedback! I will try to do both!

I heard her perfectly and the sound was more than audible.
I’m so sorry that it was difficult to hear. I will check my microphone! Thanks for letting me know!
I agree - had to turn up the volume on both my computer and the video but my closed captions were available.
Printemps is a french word meaning spring. maybe you could pronounce it correctly👍
Thank you! I knew it was French and that it meant “spring.” I also met the person that named it! Whenever I try to say it correctly, I sound like I’m trying too hard. I never can quite get it right!
Well, I did it.. 🩵 but mine doesn't look as nice as yours. It is very therapeutic! 😊
I did mine several times before I got it “just right”!
