Yes but the main problem is - how do you know her preference ?
The only way is you ask her about it and explain your preferences (that whether you want a working woman or not). Problem is that in today’s day and age, people like Junaid Akram have made it a crime that a guy has a preference for a housewife
Just like a girl has preferences, guys have preferences too.

For 1st email: my opionion to keep you wife at her parent house and tell her to find a job (assuming she will take 4/5 months to find a good job). In that 4/5 months save good amount for advance and after this go for rent home and then you along with your partner can earn enough to afford rent and daily household (obviously you would face some financial issues during this period). Do this for atleast a year and your mother might realize that it was at her fault. Rejoin your mother with a condition that she will not stop your wife to continue her job (obviously her stance k haath se nikal jayegi would be clear as your wife would already doing job for 6 months).
Please note that this is my personal opinion as i found it the only way to not to loose any from your wife and mother and your mother may realize her mistake.
    May Allah help you 🙏

The message is suggesting that the age of 20 is not too young to be in relationships. It mentions that at this age, people often have the most flings or relationships, as it's a time when hormones are strong and it's easy to fall in love. The author advises against dismissing or ignoring inquiries or emails about relationships by simply saying someone is too young. Instead, they emphasize the importance of providing guidance and support to people at this age, as it's a time when they need it the most.

In Q 3 when you mentioned that we are not career driven - that's totally correct - and its not about sard illaqay - Indians are so focused and career driven compared to Pakistanis (men or women) - I work for one of the top 5 banks in the world - and I'll honestly say I stumbled upon the career I have, I never got to go in the field I wanted to, not because I couldn't get into it - only because I was a girl and building a career is not a major goal for a Pakistani girl. I have a colleague who has an Indian origin. Honestly, where she is was totally planned for her from the beginning, like she is living her goal and she has also planned for further goals and moving towards them. I, on the other hand, cant plan if I can go for my next exam this year or not cz I have to cater for my family first. I am lucky to have career at this point.

The person is expressing their observation that in their experience, Indians tend to be more focused and driven in their careers compared to Pakistanis. They mention that they work for a top bank and feel that they stumbled into their career rather than pursuing a specific field, partly due to societal expectations for Pakistani women. They contrast this with a colleague of Indian origin who seems to have had a more planned and goal-oriented career path. The person feels fortunate to have a career despite the challenges of balancing family responsibilities.

The use of "Bhen" is a colloquial term in Hindi meaning "sister," and is often used as a friendly or familiar form of address.

The statement expresses a preference for living in a place with strong infrastructure, good domestic policies, and a rich social life, even if it means being a lower-class resident there. The speaker suggests that they struggle to understand the sentiment of blindly loving one's country, as they believe that people are not inherently tied to a specific place by divine or governmental decree, and that the entire world is meant for all humans. Additionally, the speaker seems to express dissatisfaction with the situation in Pakistan.

What you said about inheriting the business happened to me. Unfortunately, I was kicked out by my mean father, as he did not value me, even though "he" was the useless person and I increased the family business 3x. It has to do with his "akkad". To be honest, my father was an illiterate mean person. People thought I was his stepson, as I have a friendly personality. I see many people work, but don't calculate actual earnings, after expense or cost of work.
I would suggest a young person to pursue a career, which is of interest to you and is in demand internationally. No use taking courses and having no job in the end. I understand recession and economy is not in our control, but taking software engineering, petroleum/power engineering, trades (electrician, plumbing, welding), medical studies and accounting are a few fields with good prospects. I have a degree, but am facing gender bias in my field. Ishq per zor nahin. "Pyar koshish se nahin milta, zamane mein kabhie, aap hi aap koi dil mein utter aata hain." Work-life-balance should be sustained in one's life.

Let's dive into the conversation about leaving Pakistan for a better life. If you're seeking a brighter future, go ahead and pursue it. But before you make that decision, take a moment to reflect on the ongoing struggles between Palestine and the Zionist movement. They're fighting fiercely for a land to preserve their identity. Imagine if Pakistan were no more tomorrow, and you found yourself living a comfortable life in the West. What you'd lose isn't just a geographical location, but your identity and a voice in any society about your beliefs. You'd have to conform to the norms of your new home.
Yes, we acknowledge that politicians, the army, and bureaucrats have their flaws. However, the real root of Pakistan's challenges lies within the general public. It's time for us to take small steps and work collectively to fix our own house. Avoid earning money through unethical means, look out for your neighbors and society, refrain from stealing electricity or using unauthorized gas compressors. Spread positivity and actively prevent negativity around you. By doing this, you alone can contribute to the positive transformation of Pakistan.
This is a remarkable nation, and all it needs is for each of us to play our part. Instead of solely blaming politicians, the army, or bureaucrats, let's take responsibility and work towards a solution. I've listened to countless podcasts highlighting our problems, but it's rare to find someone stepping up with a solution. Let's embark on a journey to restart our country with a fresh mindset. Together, InShaAllah, we can make a difference.

Instilling half baked liberal ideas into young women that have failed the test of time through Western civilizations, and then selling them as the holy grail... kya scene hay bhai.. Have a daughter, raise her according to this doctrine, then see what happens. Disagree with your take.

This passage seems to express a critical viewpoint about the influence of certain liberal ideas on young women. It suggests that these ideas are not fully developed or well-founded, and have not stood the test of time in Western civilizations. The writer appears to be skeptical of these ideas being presented as the ultimate solution. The passage also seems to imply that if one were to raise a daughter based on these beliefs, the outcome might not be favorable. Finally, the writer is inviting a discussion by saying "Disagree with your take."

    Commenting for episode 151
Listening to you junaid i seriously determine k ab sy time ki pabandi laazmi krni hai
Today i hold a small business on which i try to organize everything including my time
But back in university i remember i was the almost most late student but why ?
    This is imp junaida bhai
    Why ?
Because hmari class hoti th consecutive 9-2 jismy sy 9-12 teacher had to be with us and then assignment alot kr k she'll do some other stuff like paper checking n all.
But there teachers only came at 9 took attendence and move at 10:30 .to pickup their children or get some coffee or hangout with coullegues .
And they only shared assignment related youtub tutorial nd we had to follow this just .
Now being the person who hate sirf attendence k lie ana . I wanted to gain some spark lekin wahan hota nhi th kuch . I also hate being teacher her only responsibility was sharing yiutube tutprial for relevant assignment and so after an year i choose to wake up at 9 go uni at 11 , get some lunch and do my assignment formally ans submit it with an excuse of traffic because it was purposeless to get up for that teacher i felt.
And i spend my night timming to rn my daraz store wich has turned now into a tote bag brand (small business ) but alhamdulillah am glad it my own thing . But in terms of time value i did not learnt anything and sometimes i hve to suffer with this .
Because in business its all about right timmings.
Please share youropinion in any ask episode. I'll follow for sure .

Reality is gonna hit that 20yo girl hard when she realizes that if her demands go drastically against cultural and religious norms then the man that will be with her will also have a similar mindset. To say she enjoys the loyalty, security, and the religiousness of the person she's currently with WHILE she's cheating on him and straightening things up with her ex before leaving the current one so she doesnt have a 'non-relationship gap' period is outrageously insane. The boy isnt a fan of feminism because this skewed version of feminism that made it to Pakistan has rightfully earned the bad reputation through young girls like these who have platforms to televise THEIR idea of feminism, which they learnt from bits and pieces picked up from social media, lacking the understanding of what the whole package of this noble cause was about. Pakistan needs some intellectual professionals that go around in different universities holding sessions that educate people about what the actual idea of feminism is and how to gradually implement and integrate that idea into our society, and not something picked up from a 19yo girl on social media.

Would strongly disagree on Mufti Tariq Masood's part. He is doing his job, spreading dawa to other nations. Vlogs are source of income as well as source of knowledge which would influence his opinions on different matters that he discusses in his bayaan. He speaks different than other conventional mutfis and thats why many youngster's listen to him. Had he not gained any foreign exposure he would be talking without knowing reality. Finally using vlogs, it becomes easy to get visa on Pakistani passport thanks to its reputation that you have to use other means just to get visa.

Guy having a heading of "Personal Development & Traditional Values". He is clearly an aimed guy. These types of guys are rare in Pakistan. I'm doing so great in my career, but not into a relationship due to the typical Pakistani guys. Man, I'm advising you from my perspective as I'm a Pakistani girl. Although, I myself is a Pakistani girl, but you're thinking right that you shouldn't marry a Pakistani girl. Because, I rarely see Pakistani girls with high aim. I advise you to look for someone in Europe.

This passage appears to be discussing a man with the title of "Personal Development & Traditional Values" and how he stands out in Pakistan. The speaker mentions that while they are successful in their career, they are not interested in a relationship with the typical Pakistani men. They advise the man to continue thinking the way he does, as they believe it is the right mindset. The speaker also notes that they themselves are a Pakistani woman, but they agree with the man's perspective.

That mail was from a guy, not from a girl. You're mixing the things. Anyways, I just gave sincere advise to him, that whenever he want to be in a relationship, avoid traditional Pakistani girl. There is limit of typing, otherwise I will define here that why I'm saying this. For the guy who sent the email "Hey brother, if you're reading this. You're on a right track, my sincere advise to you as a younger sister who are always in a company of girls is that, don't marry a mismatched woman due to your parents' pressure, you will regret it later".
