What a superb discovery on eBay. Thanks to Mike Barraclough for the tip off and thanks for posting the full programme here; some excellent interview clips with Johnnie Walker, Ronan, Douglas Hurd, Colin Nicol, Roland (Buster) Pearson, former pirate Eddie Blackwell and the IBA Chairman. A 2024 update by Anglia Reports would be a great watch..
The British People should of all got together in masive protests against those stupid unconstitutional laws that were interfering with alternative means of broadcasting and media.
This is the first time watched a 1984 Anglia Reports programme about the 20th anniversary of Radio Caroline.
Two Thumbs Up
I'm 71 and now Caroline has just gone 60 years old. It makes me so sad to think that soon there'll be no one left to keep the story going.
Thankyou for uploading this video, it was very interesting I learned a few things too.

There's a little bit more to come over the next few Sundays, including Caroline but other stuff too.

Great to watch & reminds me of my time on the Ross when she was in Tilbury for the RSL some years ago. 🤘
Thanks. There is a bit more radio-related stuff coming over the next few Sundays including more Caroline features.
Fantastic, really enjoyed that video. Great find!
Really interesting to watch. Also reminds me of the excellent song Radio Silence by Thomas Dolby
Great find Considering it's 60 years next weekend..
The best djs of the world heros
Pirate radio? It was free radio, which broadcast to millions. We all loved Radio Caroline, that station Inspired millions.
What date is this programme broadcast in?
It is in the 20th anniversary of Radio Caroline starting. I don't know the exact date.
It will have been a few days before 26th March 1984.
