As a visual design lead, who has an advanced understanding of how to use Firefly and implement creative prompts, I can say expanding images/backgrounds, adding/removing object etc. can yield decent results. Creating anything from scratch however Firefly is relatively useless, anything with people, products/objects or exclude prompts it has a hard time. Our team has created thousands of images and we haven't used a single one in final output. A few other image generators are much better.
@@TheZman580 Using less, but Adobe will always be part of the arsenal for professional creatives. I expect Firefly will improve over time. Figma is the larger threat imo... and Canva, as it appeals to everyone (except pro's).
sold my ADBE a few weeks back at a small loss after learning open AI's capabilities. glad i made the decision after seeing the shellacking it got after ER post market😲😲
I use AI all the time. MidJourney is still the leader by a longshot in terms of image generation from scratch. However, firefly is pretty cool and looks incredibly promising and once it gets better will no doubt be a game changer. From an investment POV, my personal opinion is it's potentially a steal at the current level before they it becomes so good and the price skyrockets. I don't think it's a matter if but when it becomes a game changer.
@@TheZman580 I don't know to be honest. I stick to index funds because I don't like to gamble on individual stocks. But as someone that does a lot of graphics work, there is no real competitor to Photoshop and if they can and they likely will get the AI really good, I think people will rush to the product. There are AI tools out there to create images but none of them are integrated into good editing/creation software. I might buy a little but not really sure.

Can you elaborate a bit more? I’m curious. So is your team deviating from Adobes products?
Of course it's useless. Adobe will just buy out their best competitor, as always.

I like your argument. So you’d argue the price fall isn’t justified?

He should be fired!! Every year he has the same story. Look at the 5 year chart.
This CEO needs to go
why? That is a pretty ignorant statement considering the success of the company.
