Make It Monday-Homemade Popcorn 2 Ways

-Rockcrok 4 qt. dutch oven
-mini measure-all measuring cup
-silicone prep bowl set
-small mix n scrape
-stone bar pan
-microwave popcorn maker
-garlic and herb rub
-mini oven mitts
Chocolate Popcorn:
-1/4 cup popcorn kernels
-3 tbsp oil
-1/4 cup chocolate
In 4 qt. Rockcrok Dutch oven, add 1/4 cup popcorn kernels and oil. Shake to coat kernels. Cook on medium-high heat, shaking occasionally, until popping slows. Remove from heat and uncover. Melt chocolate in microwave at 30 second intervals until melted. Stir chocolate into popcorn. Spread out on stone bar pan and refrigerate until chocolate hardens. Enjoy!
Garlic and Herb Popcorn:
-microwave popcorn maker
-garlic and herb rub
-2 tbsp butter
Using the top cup from the microwave popcorn maker, add a cupful of kernels to maker and return top cup to lid. Sprinkle with garlic and herb rub and put the lid on. Add 2 tbsp of butter to top cup and leave open. Place popcorn maker to the side of the turntable and set to 2:30. Listen for popping to slow 1-2 seconds between pops. (Your microwave may cook faster or slower) Carefully remove popcorn maker, remove lid, and enjoy!
