My first time watching your videos. I subscribed.
Whichever beautiful bubba is barking at about 7.08 she sounds a bit like Donald Duck?
And that bubba LOVING THE SNOW at the end is the happiest loveliest thing ive seen this week. month. year?
i would watch an hour long video of just that! Actually i'd probably BUY an hour long video of that for sad or down days!
I love them air fried the best. Plus it’s faster and I hate waiting lol.
I totally hate waiting! Unless I have a bunch of stuff do to, sometimes I'll put them in the oven when I know I need to get on the treadmill and have a shower after. Almost perfect timing.
This was an absolutely awesome video! Thank you! Felt like I was watching a science experiment. 😆 All that was missing was the hypothesis. I love it! Plus talk about the bonus meal prep!
Oh wow it's been many years since I've had to write a hypothesis.. I'm not even sure I remember how lol!

I looooove your book! Going to start on 1st recipe and work my way through
Glad the Oven baked were awesome as I gave away my top of the line Air fryer about 6 months ago. The mediocre cooked food results in the Air-fryer was not worth the space the Air fryer took up on my counter. I’m definitely goi g o try the precooked,
Oven baked methods.👍🏼
Great tip on reducing temp. Mine always seemed to burn before the crunch factor.
Let me know!
Thanks for the crisping tips!
Great video! I ve never smashed the top of wedges…. So exciting to try those… thks for your interesting potatowork🤪! Big hug ps lovely tee-shirt 😍
Since starting to watch your videos the consumption of potatoes has increased significantly in my household. Crunch is essential ⚡️
Yay!! My work here is done!
Thanks 🌷
I'm really enjoying baked or pressure cooked then air fried a lot. I am following what I've seen you do having really great results. Thank you for all you are doing. Very informative video! ❤
You got your crunch on!
@@PotatoWisdom ❤❤
Thanks for this- it’s been my quest to get crunchy fries so I’m excited to try this- I just found your channel so I’m excited about that too
I cook my wedges on a cooling rack in the oven. It cooks them evenly and no parchment paper or flipping required :)
That's a great method too!
p.s. I never flip
Crunch Coaching!!!!!!! I love it! Great UA-cam!!!!
Hopefully you can get that crunch you want
So glad that you offered these different "get-crispy" versions since I don't have any fancy toys so will try the baked to smashed to baked crispy method. Looking forward to the experiment. Cheers.
I'm so glad you found it helpful! I started out with just the basics and did just fine! Then people were asking me about air fryers and other things so I figured I should try those too
The fork smash. Love it.
More grooves for the hot air to caress...ohhhh yes!
Potato Wisdom 😂
Hi Jeanine, looking forward to the big CRUNCH!
Stay safe and thank you so much x
Awesome!! I like the air fryer method since it’s quicker!
I agree! Though sometimes if I want to get a few things done before eating, I will through into the oven. It's a nice little timer to get some cleaning done hehe! Clean then potato reward!
Going to make some right now!!!!!
What about sweet potatoes, can you do the same thing and get the same sort of crunch?
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i can't believe this. thank you so much!
Love this video. Thanks for sharing. And now I want some potatoes. 😂
My job here is done.
Very helpful video! I just made the smashed pressure cooked potatoes in my Breville air oven today. They looked brown but were not crunchy at all. Now I know how to do it right! Thank you!
Great! What will you be doing different now? I'm curious to know what part was most helpful for you
Potato Wisdom I will cook them in the oven at a lower temp for a longer time. The Breville Air fry feature just doesn’t work as good as an air fryer anyway. So I’ll use the bake feature instead.
Thank you for the crunch video! You’re awesome!!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
thanks for the video! I'm making some in the airfryer right now
How did it turn out??
Great video. Thanks for posting.
I hope it was helpful!
Omg! I want it! I love crispy fries. My friend just gave me an air fryer. Yes gave me!!! Unfortunately I can only use it if the generator is going because it uses a lot of electricity. 😫
Get more power! Air fryers are important if you don't have an oven!
Thank you Jeannine 💐
I hope this helps!
Potato Wisdom yes, it has 😋
I am enjoying your videos. Thank you so much! I would like to buy the cookbook but I don’t see it anywhere. The T-shirts and other products are there. Could I get the info on the recipe book? Appreciate it, thank you! ❤️ Kat

Definitely one of fave videos that you’ve shared and thanks for sharing your tater tips with us!
Thanks very helpful 😘 you’re inspirational been trying so long to get THAT crunch and also must say
Well done with your success in losing weight all the best Veronica 🤓 sending hugs.
I hope this helps you achieve that crunch, let me know if any questions come up when you try one of these methods
My dog was sleeping and when your dog barked he jumped up and was looking around to see who was barking.
LOL!! Poor lil' guy
Thanks so much!
My pleasure Anita, I hope you found it helpful

Excellent video. 💐
What would you suggest to someone who hasn’t got an oven or an air fryer?
This was great thanks for making it!! Can not wait to try these tomorrow.
Let me know how it goes!
I was wondering if steaming the potatoes would make them crunchier?
steaming will give similar results to pressure cooking, whatever method you like the most go for it!
also if you airfry them do you always do it in a single layer or pile more on?
single layer, otherwise they stick together. I recommend an air fryer no smaller than 5 qt. Apparently there are some air fryers with a rack insert to make a double decker
Thank you so much 😊 When you put them in the IP, did you use a steamer basket? Tia
Not a steamer basket but the little wire rack that it came with
So you steamed them 😉 I thought I spotted something 😃
Do you use a trivet in the pressure cooker or place them on the bottom in the water? I haven't used the pressure cooker yet because I don't have a trivet.
You can make them without the trivet, the bottom potatoes will be a little soggy but the rest will be fine.
An ice bath immediately after cooking will cool veggies off really quickly
Great suggestion, thanks Jeannie!
How long did you cook them in oven at 420F?
The time was in the video, if I recall correctly 50 minutes
I out mind potatoes in a steamer on the stove... Would they be similar to pressure cooking?
I have a feeling they would be quite similar in texture because the pressure cooker essentially is a steamer under pressure. Just be sure not to over cook them, fork test.. the fork should slide into the flesh easily without breaking up the potato.
Diggin’ the tater tip queen!
She's so cute

You know it!
Bake at 420, lol
😅
