It was on this day (upload date) 6 years ago that Cork City traveled from the South to the very North of Ireland, Derry City for the first game under fan ownership (with 14 players, because it's all we had). It ended 1-1 and Premier League player James McLean got MOTM! We're now one of the top teams in the Premier Division and hopefully going to win the league this year. Cork City FC means so much to so many people and so many fans have worked tirelessly to get us where we are so its great to get international recognition from Copa90 so THANK YOU CITY TIL WE DIE
It's what you get here in Ireland, it's terrible. 95% of the country support English clubs instead of Irish one mainly due to the lack of quality in the league of Ireland.
I've been to Gent once. Valencia played them away in the CL last season and I went there. Beautiful city, very nice people and awesome fans. Respect to Gent from a Valencia fan. :)

You guys should not only visit games in Sweden but be with the clubs for a while. And I'm not talking about the "fans" at Hammarby that couldn't give less fucks about football but Teams like AIK, IFK Gothenburg or Malmö (even though you were there for the Champions). Swedish League has the best fans in Northern Europe!
You have to visit Hamburg, home of two clubs with great atmosphere : HSV are statistically the loudest fans after Besiktas and Celtic and St. Pauli is also great to watch.

In only 10 years they went from the 7th tier to the 2nd. Earlier this season when they played Liefering (a club owned and founded by Red Bull ) there were about 4000 Austria Fans which made an absolut stunning atmosphere (Seriosely! Search a video of the match on UA-cam, you won't regret it). But although the fans spend a lot of money to help the club, they have to go back to the 3rd tier do to huge depts and problems with their stadium.
I have been to a match against union berlin as an away fan and I have to say that the atmosphere is very good but not that special. In my opinion the atmosphere at st pauli is way better so that would be the club I recommend (by the way I don't support st pauli I'm just reflecting what I have experienced)

I´m not talking about Ultras.I mean the normal fans.For me, Ultras should be fans who support the team in every situation, though they should never break rules by doing this. I despise all that pyrotechnique. The risks are just too high. And fighting with someone just because they are fan of another team is lone of the most stupid things in my opinion. You don´t have to like each other, but for the sake of the other people and the own team, just don´t fight. Sadly some fans of most teams don´t get it

Would recommend ASU Politehnica Timisora in Romanian 3rd Division. After Poli Timisoara went bankrupt and the owner ended up in jail, a dedicated group of fans got tired of the crooks in Romanian football and founded a new, supporter-owned club. Now it's on its way to gaining promotion in the 2nd Division and soon, it will be in the top flight.
