Are there plans to develop a similar lighter adjustable kettlebell with weights below 12kg? This would be great for folks who are recovering from injuries and not strong enough to safely do single arm work like overhead presses, TGU, snatch, windmill etc.
Bowflex already does one if you have the need. Quality is reasonable.
if you don't mind the awkwardness, you can take the bottom of the shell off and just use the handle. You'll want the weigh the handle to see what this edition weighs, but my titan adjustable's handle weight is 8kg.

@@lemaitrethemonk - I love it. Sturdy, secure, nice smooth handle.
As for the adjustability - it's not a terrible process, but if you were planning to change weights multiple times per workout it could become a pain.
I go in long-cycles with progressions, so depending on what my routine is going to be, I set the weight before I start and don't change throughout.
For example - swings are at a higher weight than clean/press - but I don't do both on the same day.
What an ingenious product! I'm definitely going to order mine soon.
I bought a pair of these. best piece of equipment in my home gym.

It is awesome shipping considerations have been made. The weight of the prior packages probably pissed off the delivery folks and contributed to boxes getting destroyed in transit.

A definite improvement, but the 1.0 bells can be used extensively for intermediate weights to a significant extent by utilizing the included 3kg plates in nonstandard loading of the shell.

Now I wish I would've waited another week and paid a few bucks more, as I've just received my regular BoS adjustable bell. It's… let's call it a "version 1.5", despite being advertised as "2.0". It came with 1 and 0.5 kg weights, but otherwise it's identical to Titan - no logos of any kind, no "better cast" or "new finish"… Bummer. Oh well, next one will be MW version.

I discovered the importance of small increment weight increases doing the S&F Intermediate Kettlebell program. Tried a 5lb jump and it was way too much. Had to go buy a 2.5lb plate (I'm using an adjustable from dick's sporting goods). Swinging weights makes a small increase much heavier. (I assume there is some math that proves that. 😁)

I live in Alaska and they want $142.90 for shipping. I was able to get an adjustable bell though Kettlebell Kings with $0 shipping. I honestly don't expect free shipping to Alaska, but almost half the price of the product seems a little steep. Is there anything you can do to get them to lower shipping prices to everywhere in the United States? It seems the only option is expedited shipping. I'm fine if shipping takes 3 months, as long as the price comes down.
Im from alberta. Was looking into getting an omnit club. Think the club was about 100 CAD and shipping was like 140 lol. Managed to find a company in canada luckily
Most KB’s come from the same foundries, pretty much identical in design besides logos if any.

This looks like a great product, however how would the structural integrity of the contents inside be effected if one were to drop it say if their grip failed during any movement?
All of the adjustable bell sellers (BOS, Kettlebell Kings, omnibell) have disclaimers that they aren't for kettlebell juggling because they aren't durable enough to withstand being repeatedly dropped. The same is true for accidentally dropping them. That said, you hopefully aren't regularly dropping your kettlebells anyway. I'm sure it can withstand the odd rare accident.
@@toolworks Be sure to have adequate rubberized flooring mats like horse stall mats, thicker the better if you’re sloppy or clumsy? But then maybe you shouldn’t be using KB’s at all👍🏽

You can tape off the handle and spray paint it. Many kettlebell guy refresh the paint on their bells regularly
@@MarkWildman Right, I thought of that too. I've just never had luck spray painting things in the past. Somehow they always end up looking gaudy or red-necky. I guess I just need the right type.

Will they break if you swing double and they are constantly knocking?? Anyone swing double regularly?
I’ve not had any issues, but I have 15 years experience. I suppose you could beet them to death with rough technique but that’s true of any gear i suppose.
