These habits can change the life of any individual in a great manner. I was not able to cultivate all these habits in one day, but I installed one habit in myself in the start and eventually I was able to cultivate all these habits in myself. If you cannot include all the habits at once, try including one or two in the start and it will give you fantastic results for sure. I can say this on my own experience.
