    These habits can change the life of any individual in a great manner.
    I was not able to cultivate all these habits in one day, but I installed one habit in myself in the start and eventually I was able to cultivate all these habits in myself.
    If you cannot include all the habits at once, try including one or two in the start and it will give you fantastic results for sure. I can say this on my own experience.

    *How much time can we give to morning habits?*
    Hal suggests practicing all habits for about 10 minutes each, thus creating an hour long morning routine, this habit stack can be adjusted for any schedule. Anything between 6 and 60 minutes is fair game. You can practice different habits for different amounts of time and also switch up the order.
    You can take an hour and divide it up however you like. For example you could spend 30 minutes exercising, and then only 5 minutes on the other 5 things.
    If you’re pressed for time you can even do the entire routine in 6 minutes!
    Do a 1-minute meditation, recite your affirmations, picture your day for 1 minute, do 1 set of an exercise like pushups or jumping jacks, read one page in a book and write down 3 things you are grateful for.
    You can also do this wherever you are, since you don’t need a lot of equipment or gear with you. You can just take a pen, a piece of paper and a book and are good to go!

    A good approach for people who feel they won't be able to stick to Hal's suggestions is to start with the bare minimum that you know you can stick to. Start with a routine you cannot fail at and gradually add to it over time. For example if you don't see yourself being able to do 10 minutes of exercise every morning, start with 10 pushups or 10 squats. Then you can gradually raise that number until it starts to feel like a proper workout.
    Start out with a quick and easy routine you will stick to rather than something you will give up on.
