1: I wake up well before 5 o'clock in London cold weather and walking 20 minutes towards mosque. 2: 20 minutes offering morning prayer in mosque. 3: 20 minutes reciting wholy book of quran for helping humanity and pleasing creator. 4:Rest of my day helping all humanity according to the book along with my routine daily activities.

Very energizing video. First thing first , before joining 5 AM club, I have resolved to watch this video once a week for last couple of months , to remind me. One habit I have developed is exercising daily ( 90 minutes). An elementary observation : if one starts this routine at 5 AM sharp, that means his day has started earlier. I don’t think you can start a vigorous and energetic exercise routine without performing morning ablutions. One needs time for that.
Yes very correct and for performing according to 20-20-20 rule then one should wake up at 4 am And if 4am is wake up time one should go to bed at 8.15 pm which is practically impossible

My routine is like this 1. Wake up at 4:30 2. Boil water, cool it down & add lemon+turmeric and consume it by 5:00 a.m. 3. Go to washroom. It takes me 15 min. 4. Prepare tea for my parents and serve them. Now it's around 5:30 a.m. 5. I go on my terrace. Get nude (only lower undergarment is worn) and do Yoga in the sunshine. I also keep gazing the sunshine. 6. After yoga I do some stretching exercises which help in improving my flexibility. 7. After this I do some high intensity exercises which help me reduce fat, increase muscle mass & most importantly makes me release a lot amount of sweat. 8. It takes me about 1.5 hour. So now the time is 7 a.m. 9. Now I do my daily chores like cleaning room, arranging things but before that I eat some almonds, cashews, jaggery, 2 bananas & a boiled egg. 10. Now it's 7:30. I take bath, have my breakfast by 8:00. This is my morning routine. What's yours???

7. After this I do some high intensity exercises which help me reduce fat, increase muscle mass & most importantly makes me release a lot amount of sweat.
8. It takes me about 1.5 hour. So now the time is 7 a.m.
9. Now I do my daily chores like cleaning room, arranging things but before that I eat some almonds, cashews, jaggery, 2 bananas & a boiled egg.
10. Now it's 7:30. I take bath, have my breakfast by 8:00.
