The Batman felt a little long for me, personally, but as time has gone on & there's been a few D+ Marvel Shows & Marvel movies in theaters...The Batman is holding up pretty well this year so far

Zsjl is the only one in recent memory that balances comedy, action and emotional weight well mainly because it understood it needs to let scene's breath, look at clarks scene on the farm for example its beautiful

All this movie needed was Arnold pulling Ice based puns non-stop and we would have had a complete movie.
The opening scene of this movie made me think for a few minutes, whether or not I stepped into the wrong cinema.
Someone described it best and it made sense. It's like a family friendly scary movie film
I don't think they did Gorr justice maybe a directors cut would be better but his character is better than what they gave us.

Christian Bale was the best thing about the movie the comedy was cool too but it was too much this time. I personally found it better than Dr Strange but not by much.

Jane Foster in the comics gets resurrected as a Valkyrie. There is talk for a Disney plus show about the Valkyries. So that could happen. Also there is a lot of improvise moments that was cut. Taiki stated it was enough for a 4 hour movie along the line of Monty Python like. I think that would be interesting to see.

The fact that you had to be forced to lower your expectations is the issue with movies today.

The movie was made with six-year-olds in mind, so . . . . do the math.

Love and Thunder felt like the script was written by 5 year olds to appeal to other 5 year olds. Even that might be giving it too much credit
you know, its also realitzing that movies are not made for you anymore. What im trying to say is that the movie is clearly made for teens..and most of us are well beyond our teen years.
There’s hella shows and movies made for teens that don’t feel like a comedy…
