It’s 2024 and here I am still listening to this timeless classic. The message still resonates today. I’ve been listening since 1987. Sananda has the type of talent that you’re either born with it or NOT! I can hear a bit of Otis Redding in parts, but this is 100% Mr Maitreya’s style. Thank you for sharing your talent with those of us, blessed enough to hear/witness it.
What I would give to turn back the hands of time and be at this concert.

Forever hugely underated vocalist. Love this song
Terence Trent D’arby is an artistic genius, and the music industry knew it very well. He was very smart and confident. He, or his music couldn’t be controlled by a record label. When the industry can’t control an artist, or their art (Masters). They use their massive public relations division. And put out that you’re difficult, or a prima donna and put your career on a shelf in oblivion. Michael Jackson and Prince had serious issues with their record labels. Eventually Prince owned his masters. Where are they now? (Guess who retained back MJ masters? ) They both died under suspicious drug overdoses. Prince didn’t have “ Slave” scribbled on his face for no reason. Terence is doing well. He lives in Milan, Italy. Probably saved his life. He has a beautiful wife, and a son and daughter. He still continues to perform amazing concerts all over Europe.

He still tours in Japan, Italy, France & he met his wife francheca & they love in France & in some of his videos she sings with him .when I found him on UA-cam I have watched everything. The interviews , & every videos over the years & he's such a humble person check all of them out 💯

I simply wrote too much and to sum it up, this man's music has helped me through so much. Whether it was to coax pent up tears or to give me a reason to dance on my bed and sing with my shower voice lol.
Let Her Down Easy is simply one of the best songs, not just of his but in music PERIOD. Hands down. I agree, the lucky few that have heard this man are truly blessed.

My heart aches more and more each time I listen to this song and pretty much all his music. Sananda's voice is like liquid gold and it has the power to heal and kill all at the same time! I've fallen into a deep depression since I discovered his music. I just wished that I knew his music during his early years as an artist. But if he were to come back to the US for a tour, I would definitely go, maybe even twice or three times. Yes, I love him that much!
