Cool vid Joe. Was researching this earlier today. PT suggests stretching the plantar fascia first thing in the AM, before standing up, that way the healing from the night before doesn't re-tear. They also recommend arch support slippers or shoes for the first steps you take. These look perfect for getting the day going.
