Hi Peggy and Amanda, Truly enjoy all your episodes! So inspiring! Such happy wonderful news Amanda and Cody! Happy 1st Mill Cast Anniversary! Happy Knitting! 😊
Congratulations Amanda.. wonderful news. Congratulations to both of you on your anniversary. And congratulations to all of us for having the smarts to join you every week. You’d millcasts are always so enjoyable and informative. Continued success to you and your growing family and mill family.
Happy 1 year to the mill cast!! Congratulations on the new addition to the JF family Amanda! ❤ Also can’t wait to hear more about the 1K pounds of yarn after scouring!
Congrats Amanda… beautiful news! Thoroughly enjoy every mill cast- you both are gems and appreciate your generous contribution to this wonderful world of wooly goodness. KAL kit purchased- can’t wait to cast on and join the fun! Kate
Congrats on the 52 weeks! Well done. Thanks for pre-recording, we knitters would be crying into our pillows for a week without our JFM fix! Don't worry about being on camera Peg, you are a natural, and your non-poker face is charmingly expressive. Thanks for supporting both the knitters' obsession and the sheep farmers. It is important work. Congrats Amanda to you and your family. Happy, busy days ahead. 👶🍼
Tuesday morning coffee with the Millcast! Congratulations all around!🎉❤In a business society, where even taking a vacation….never mind having a baby… is the epitome of an inconvenience to the business and in an ‘how dare you do this without asking’!……Peg, your smile and congratulations for Amanda and her family is SO welcomed! What a team!😊
Oh we are watching!!! SO nice to see a pre-recorded so we don’t miss you both too much. You are naturals on camera ❤ - can’t wait to hear the ongoing story of the 1,000 lbs of wool ~ love love your millcast and all things JFM. OMG - just as I was coming to the end of the millcast Amanda dropped her news…CONGRATULATIONS!!!! SO much excitement for all of you with new mill adventures AND a growing family. ❤
Congrats on One Year of Mill Casting! If that was not exciting enough, wonderful to hear Amanda your good news. Always enjoy listening to your millcasts and today’s was extra special. And least I forget - look forward to hear the next update on the 1000 pounds of wool heading south to be washed and the Italian spinner arrival, so many great adventures in process.
Congratulations to you both on your 1 year anniversary🎉 it’s so exciting to follow your Mill journey, thank you for the learning opportunity. Amanda, I noticed the bump and thrilled for you and your family ❤
Such beautiful news all around and thank you again for sharing yourselves and your passion for fiber with us all. That haul of wool and your work moving it around the east coast is impressive! Congratulations to Amanda and family ❤️. I am so appreciative to have found you and your love for small sheep farms at the point I did in my personal knitting and design journey. Finished my Knit Kind, Be Kind “Read This!” hat and can’t wait to wear it!
SO MANY THINGS!!!! Happy anniversary 🎉 - hugely successful journey, imo. I’m a crochet gal, so far, but I love your channel! Congrats on the Easter egg, as well! So so very happy for you ladies; you bring absolute JOY to the yarny fiber-filled obsessions world! Love to you both from (and Maeve was ADORABLE!) Ohio ☺️🫶🏻🧶 Lisa
Love the shoulder season capelet and will be ordering it along with your wool, just have to choose my colors! Congratulations for your year anniversary and best wishes for a healthy pregnancy for Amanda 😊
I *love* that you talk about the different breeds; you could tell us even more. You might even do a little segment that compares the different breeds. I'm a hand spinner (and sometimes hand-dyer with natural dyes), and recently was amazed to see how different breeds took on the onion skin dye completely differently. Same dye bath, different breeds, different color-take-up.
Congratulations for your first year of the Millcast ! I really look forward to watching it week after week and the content is always interesting.... Congratulations to Amanda, Cody and Maeve on the new baby! I actually knew it as I was one of the seven fortunate people attending the six-week sheep to skein course run by Amanda at Craft Studies. Course was wonderful. I was super tired as I drove from school in Maine and back home to NH but I knew it was a UNIQUE opportunity...and here you are, Amanda, saying that you don't know when you will be able to do it again, I feel so lucky.... I cannot even imagine how tired you must have been, but you never complained. Thank you. One other thing: that Border Leicester /Dorset wool is FABULOUS. I used it for my three Read this hat for the kal and it is my favorite Farm Fresh so far (considering I am usually partial to natural black and I worked with Peggy's Savage Heart Farm that is saying a lot).
I just thought of the words to go on the hat. "Wool is Cool" Little help at 24:00 is sooo adorable!! Thank you for another wonderful millcast. I love every episode :)
Yay here comes another little knitter! Congrats Amanda! Such wonderful news. I love your show. I'm not even a knitter, yet. I cannot believe I found your show during your first year. Wahoo, 1 year of the Millcast. I have so enjoyed your journey. Huge Thanks to Peg & Amanda & the whole team for bringing light into my home. PS. I couldn't resist being a part of the mill, so I ordered my Junction hat (love the light green color) the set of markers (cuz they have your name on them, so cute) and my Read This hat kit in the Deep End. I hope it's beginner friendly. Wish me luck. hUgz from Ohio, Lee
Best wishes, and here’s a friendly little tip if you aren’t feeling ready to try stranded colorwork for the words…you can knit the background only in cream and duplicate stitch your words on afterwards!
P & A i just got my package...i'm wearing my sweet hat, gonna make the stitch markers into a suncatcher instead, too pretty, got my needles, gonna try to learn to knit w/premium artisan yarn. hUgz from Ohio, Lee@@junctionfibermill

CO’-bull-skill (Cobleskill). Emphasis on the “CO.” It was me and my sister at New England 😆 Congratulations on the upcoming baby!
Thanks for the pronunciation!

Hmmm. Designing on maternity leave.... hmmm.
"Weight sheet" = Bill of laiding. Required for shipping. How would you know. Should have been done by trucking company, not you!
It was all a little bit left hand, right hand. But we're good!
