LA is in ruins. A deadly virus is spreading and the city is in quarantine. With the military long gone, follow three fearless survivors in their search for a safe haven from the outbreak and zombie hordes.
As they roam the supposedly abandoned mansion of local videogame and movie producer in the Hollywood Hills, they’ll soon discover that nowhere is safe in HELL-A.

I’m excited to play this game But how did the Zombie infections spread in Los Angeles? Did the some of army men got bit or maybe it’s new infection?

I know that people wanted gameplay and including myself as well I was hoping for a 20 mins gameplay video (dunno why devs find it hard to do that these days) but I gotta give them credit for that live action, it was actually fun to watch.
I was hoping for a gameplay with a normal commentary. What's with that over the top way of speaking, that's so prevalent nowadays in trailers? Are contemporary teens braindead and underdeveloped that we need to address them like infants?

Dead island 1 had so much replayability, that beginning where you always started at the hotel and went to the beach just to find all the crazy zombies
Man the amount gory detail. Looks good and fun. Love the live actions as well.

Sam B's weapon should be a hammer, Purna was the gun specialist. SMH looks good tho✌️
I like this a lot, I just pray the goofyness stays in this game and hopefully dying light 3 is even more dreadful and dark than dl2
Idk DL2 didn’t even FEEL that fake it felt like it wanted to be bright and colorful and at times like with its menus felt like a mobile game… let’s just hope Dying light 3 whenever that happens cause techland is working on a fantasy game let’s hope Dying light 3 goes more gritty.
What do you want with dl3 when the same developers make this?
@@Spalbeert Those same developers also make dying light 2 which is endlessly more gritty than this, So I said, that hopefully they keep the goofyness on dead island 2, and dying light 3 turns out to be more dreadful than 2 which was more dreadful than 1

When I first saw the zombie powers I was like “is this just reskinned dying light 2 but with guns?” I watched the rest of the trailer and loved it. It looks great so far people! Keep it up and get us the game!

@@Hoppelite the community split because One half didn't think they couldn't continue Dead Island Story line, and the other half disagreed.
Anyways the remaining people who are making Dead island 2, it seemed that they changed everything because the original characters are not in the trailers. Signifying that it is most likely a different story, basically what Dying light tried telling them, that the original story couldn't be continued. 💀
Honestly…it was worth the wait.
I'm so excited to see their take on LA! I dunno, there's something so cool about seeing how close games can get to the real thing. :D

@@bryanthernandez9769 Incorrect, this game was in development limbo for a long time, there were licensing issues for quite some time, which is why Deep Silver made Dying Light, they weren't sure they could get the Dead Island IP back.
Since Deep Silver released the new rebooted Saints Row and seems to get a lot of negative reviews, i'm kind of skeptical about it, loved Dead Island 1 and 2 but the developer went to work on Dying Light, which I loved, havent played the second one though. Hope Dambuster Studios is doing this game a justice it deserves.

Where are the characters from original Dead Island? No Sam B, Purna, Logan or Xian? Are they going to cameo at least? How did the zombies wind up in L.A.? They were only on the islands from previous games before.
We will find out when the game comes out, but I’m as curious as you. I do think I heard something about Sam B and all the others having a cameo, don’t think any of the og characters will be playable though.

I really hope the guns are better than in the first game. Loved the DI, but the guns were always lacking punch.
Honestly, i don't even mind if the story/writing is bad, as long as its super fun like Dying Light, i can vibe with it.

Uhhh...I really don't care about all of these different characters! Key characters are an important part of any game, but I was hoping to see more of dead island 2's combat.

Kinda amazed how people aren't recalling dambuster studio that only made homefront the revolution, that was barley decent and now getting the task of continuing the legacy that techland left off. My advice watch gameplays when the game comes out if you don't have money to waste on pre orders that you're doubtful of.
