क्या लंबे जीवन और अच्छी सेहत का कोई तय नुस्खा है? बनारस के 120 साल के बाबा शिवानंद को देखकर लगता है कि ऐसा हो सकता है. बाबा शिवानंद के जीवन में लेट नाइट का मतलब है भोर यानी सुबह तीन बजे वे बिस्तर छोड़ देते हैं. स्नान के बाद ध्यान और फिर एक घंटे योग. उनका भोजन भी सादा है- उबला हुआ आलू, थोड़ा दाल-चावल और रोज़ करेले की सब्ज़ी या नीम की सूखी पत्तियां.

I went for vipassana.. our instructor was 85.. we thought not more than 70.. even for 70 he is too strong..straight, heavy tone.. no sign of age except grey hair and slightly firm skin.. there is power of meditation, yoga and simple vegetarian diet which simply cant be ignored in the name of so called science..
